But like the movie Memento, I'll start from the end. This product refuses to turn on. Battery after battery and nothing.I received my package like I have hundreds of times before, completely and blissfully unaware of the ending of the story. I opened up the product and found everything packaged nicely. I set it all up and used the product a number of times.Maybe 3-4 weeks later, it was getting weaker and weaker, so I assumed the batteries were dying. Up until this point I am absolutely loving this device. Made me feel super clean. I'm a guy, but you know, we gotta stay clean, too. Anyway, I finish up and I look for batteries. All I could find are my eneloop rechargables. I proceed to place them in the device... And nothing happens. The power button has a very faint glow and I figure "oh, the batteries must need a charge. I'll charge them and try later." I put them to charge, I go to work, I return home, charger says they're full, so I pop them back in. Nothing. The faint glow is also gone now. So I'm like, well that's weird. I open up the battery compartment, looks fine, but I took a napkin and twisted it up and kinda Q tipped the inside of the compartment to see if there was any sediment or something obstructing the contacts. Still nothing. I bought a pack of batteries (Amazon brand of course) and let the device sit with the compartment open just in case it needed to air out something. when the batteries arrived (2 days later, thanks Prime) I tried it again. Still nothing. I'm not sure what happened here. I never dropped this. I was the only person who used it. It was never submerged in water or even exposed to excessive amounts of splashes. I removed the heads when I rinsed them off. The thing just died on me for no reason. I will contact the vendor and see if there's anything I can do but I am thoroughly annoyed and I'm over the normal return period so I don't expect much. I use it in shower. I have a face brush but cannot use them on my back in the shower. There is a brush head that I use for cleaning my makeup brushes too. The long handle can be attached and detached but I keep it on. I would have like a deeper powerful cleaning. Also beware when you use this in the shower i got my hair stuck in this while in the shower. That was totally my fault. I should have been more careful. I couldn't reach the button to turn it off because i freaked out.
