I'm a 5"8" 50+ years old, weight 15 stones, all around the middle...36/38" waist. Ordered the XL, yeah sure it's tight and you have to pull it on, but it's long enough comes down well past the waistline of your boxers etc. Seems to hold it all in quite well. If you're expecting to look like some kind of gym bunny with a pronounced chest and waistline with biceps like Arnie, you're going to be disappointed. It's a vest, not a sleeveless miracle. On the upside..I now have a hint of cleavage, probably not that sexy to be honest.
