Exceptional Performance and Outstanding Customer Service
I recently purchased the FNIRSI 2C23T 3 in 1 Handheld Oscilloscope Multimeter DDS Generator and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations. This versatile tool, with its 2 channels and 10MHz bandwidth, coupled with a 50MSa/s sampling rate, has made my electrical measurements and diagnostics tasks remarkably efficient and accurate. The 10000 count multimeter functionality is a bonus, seamlessly integrating voltage, current, capacitor, resistor, and diode testing capabilities into one compact device. But what truly sets this product apart is the outstanding customer service I experienced. Upon realizing that an oscilloscope probe was missing from my package, I contacted their support team. Not only did they respond promptly and courteously, but they also exceeded my expectations by immediately sending the missing probe. To my surprise and delight, they included a free tiny oscilloscope as a goodwill gesture. This level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. The device itself is user-friendly, robust, and reliable, making it an essential tool for professionals and hobbyists alike. Its intuitive interface and crisp display add to the overall user experience. The accuracy and range of measurements it offers are comparable to more expensive models in the market, making it a cost-effective solution for a wide range of electrical testing needs. In conclusion, the FNIRSI 2C23T is not just a high-quality product, but it's backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Their prompt and generous response to my issue has earned them a loyal customer. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile electrical testing tool. Five stars well-deserved!

Excellent value
Works well in small cramped areas as second oscilloscope. Portable. Multimeter is excellent. Component tester works great. Signal generator produces multiple dc signals. Oscilloscope works well, only quirk is it defaults to ac coupling when auto button is pressed, could likely be fixed by a future software hopefully. Slightly confusing UI. But great value for money.

Great value, nice scope/meter
Seems to work fine, great buy for the price. My only objection is that it only came with one osilloscope probe, but that was all that was pictured. I ordered a second and it's on it's way. So far I really like it, hopefully it holds up but it seems to be built well.

Useful all-in-one tool
This handheld oscilloscope and multimeter combo works great for most tasks. The screen is clear, and it tests voltage, current, and components well. The DDS generator is a nice extra. The only downside is the controls arenโt super intuitive, and the manual could be better. Overall, a solid, versatile tool if you donโt mind spending some time figuring it out

It does what it says it will
The little o'scope that CAN. Works great for audio and HF radio frequencies (up to10 Mhz). Loved that it came with two 100 MHz probes with hooks that compensate well. The probes can be color-coded for easy identification when using both oscilloscope channels. The signal generator, accessible from the main menu, can be used simultaneously with any other instrument (oscilloscope or multimeter). The signal output defaults to 3.0 volts peak-to-peak and can be adjusted up to 3.3 volts peak-to-peak. Common waveforms are available, including Sine, Square, and DC. The frequency counter on the oscilloscope works well, although it changes from 799 Hz to 0.80KHz, which is a little visually distracting and not great if you're looking for exactly 800 Hz (which I was) since a digit of accuracy is lost at the switching point. I'd prefer that it switch at 1 KHz, but it's hard to complain for the price. It's also missing a calibration output for easy probe compensation checks, but use the signal generator to send a square wave at the frequency you intend to work near, connect the oscilloscope probe(s) to the included test leads, and the probe compensation is easily adjusted. The multimeter performs common tasks needed with modern Digital Multi-Meters, including auto-ranging Voltage, Resistance. and Capacitance tests. I haven't used it to measure current, but I probably won't ever do that anyway - I prefer to test current with a dedicated current meter to avoid mistakes and letting out the magic smoke. I ran the oscilloscope for several hours and barely moved the battery indicator icon on the screen. The battery quickly charged on a USB-C charger (not included, but a USB-C to USB-A cable is included) and will charge while it is being used. It's an excellent product for the price, in my opinion. Well done!

Great product concept but weak performance and limiting user issues.
Fnirsi 2c23T vs Zoyi 7022 Being an Electrical Engineer in the audio field for 40+ years, I have touched about every scope around. Inexpensive portable units have been disappointing with toy-like performance limitations but I must say recent units from Owon and a Zoyi/Zotek have captured respect at the sub-$200 market for toolbox/portable use by proโs. Fnirsi jumped in with micro pocket sized units (toys) but the Fnirsi 2c23T appeared as a good take on this sub-$100 market. I note my experiences with the Fnirsi but also compare it to its natural competition today in the Zoyi 702S unit (which I own). Fnirsi, PROโS (+) โข Good BNC access with room for fingers to take on/off connectors. โข User interface at bootup and โFโ buttons accessing options very good โข Battery life very good 3-4 hrs โข Probes very nice with standard metal BNC connectors compared to Zoyiโs plastic shell which is hard to grab on to. โข Good pocket size manual Fnirsi, CONS (-) โข Needs longer power-on press to prevent accidental turn on (fix in firmware!) โข No case (Zoyi includes one) โข Screen brightness well below Zoyi โข No calibration lugs (come on guys) โข Non-standard banana spacing (<3/4โ). This is large hinderance to using standard banana adapters โข Banana jacks too shallow โ do not allow banana plugs with outer shells (safety concern and large inconvenience) โข <10 ohms resistance accuracy poor with 0.1 ohm resolution that is often off by >1 ohm and cannot zero out compensate for lead resistance. โข Testing home line voltage showed 120.3V but when turning on scope mode with x10 probe it was 11% too low on the DVM scope readout. โข Generator distortion very high at signal output <0.5V โข Voltage markings for generator in Vp-p (makes no sense, international standard for decades is Vrms) โข The user interface with a โpyramidโ design in the auto-response area is interesting but slows me down instead of just words or icons. SUMMARY/NEEDS FOR IMPROVEMENT About $8 of manufacturing cost improvements could have been added but that would have pushed retail cost from its $90 to probably $120 where the entry Owon unit would have been close enough step for most consumers to justify the step up. This scope reminds me of the Fnirsi 1014D with great specs on paper but the total number of issues makes it a disappointment. Fnirsi keeps shaving 25% off its products but it hurts them. The โfancyโ user interface graphics are totally unnecessary and I hope they read this and do better on the next generation unit. This COULD have been a great product. I will return it and go back to my Zoyi โ I simply donโt have to fight it like the Fnirsi.

Highly recommend this scope
Iโm very impressed with the functionality and the quality of this little unit, the telescope is very clear and easy to read. Easy to change settings and works well. Highly recommend this I do demonstrations in the automotive world and Iโm utilizing this as telescope also diagnose many hard to find problems on a Land Rover with the same scope highly recommend

The perfect Oscilloscope for hobbyists or those needling maximum functionality in a small package
The unit provides a great mix of functionality (Oscilloscope, signal generator and multimeter) in a compact package ideal for hobbyists or those needling maximum functionality in a small package. The interface is clear and intuitive, and the ability to do firmware upgrades online means that new functionalities could be added over time as these are developed.

Good meter
Happy with the meter, having a signal Generator included was useful for triggering my circuit. Leaded supplied allowed signal generator to be connected & meter to measure the signal at the same time.

Compact size, good price
Good device for the hobbyist. Has two channels and a signal generator. Also, it comes with a DMM. I have tested it and it appears to be accurate enough for my needs.
