A different use
I make cutting boards and other wooden products. I have been using this to wrap them up before I send them out so it goes with the theme of the boards. Now if I can sell enough so I can buy a smoker I’ll use them for that as well.

Worked fine.
Before used foil for brisket and tried this butcher paper for the 1st time. Won't use foil again. Came out perfect. Saw a review that said stuck to ribs. Always use foil for ribs never butcher paper. Ever. Saw another review said stuck to a brisket.Always make sure you have a hard bark before wrapping in butcher. Saw a review said it was no good because it did not have a waxed side. Never ever use waxed butcher paper to smoke. Lots of info on the internet how to correctly wrap brisket or chuck roast ( which works great) and how to do it right. Most fails are operator error. Having said that upon arrival I saw this was made in China. I have zero confidence that the quality control in China is good. From now on I will make sure I will order my peach butcher paper from Amazon that is made in theUSA.

Great quality!
I used this butcher paper to make some perfect wrapped gifts, and it worked great! The paper is thick and durable, making it easy to fold and secure without tearing. Definitely recommend it for any crooking adventure!

Great for brisket!
I used this butcher paper to wrap a brisket for my Traeger. It’s perfect! I really liked the thickness of it, it reminded me of that old-fashioned butcher paper that we could get 30 years ago.!

Butcher paper that’s fun to print on
Doing potato prints with the kids to make wrapping paper? This works great, and it’s a nice color/weight to work with.
