Capsules are nice and small. 1 capsule a day for an adult provides all the different forms of iodine you require. I would highly recommend this product.

I buy kelp to help regulate my thyroid function ref the iodine we can lack from everything. Firstly the deep green colouring and smell were more appealing than a previous almost white looking dubious brand I purchased. I wasn't convinced they were natural, but these I feel are a quality buy. Been taking them for a week and my nails have never been so strong and healthy for a start. Will continue with these and monitor other benefits.

tastes abit like seaworld, cant manage to take any unfortunately, but this is probably normal taste for kelp.

Easy to swallow and a good product

A very strong and sure to be effective supplement.

After using as directed on the label for about three weeks I developed a persistent headache, occasional nausea, sore throat and swollen glands. These symptoms did not respond to any of my usual remedies and could not be attributed to any factors such as diet or circumstances but when, on a sudden intuition, I didn't take the kelp one day, all the symptoms stopped within a few hours. Just wanted to let people know.

I like these Organic Kelp capsules, they’re easy to take, no after taste and plenty in the bag(actually counted over 120). Will see how I go.. Thank you!
