No issues, this switch works great and is simple to install and use.

Docking station is working perfectly. I would buy this piece of equipment again.

Dead on arrival. Same product on what my work uses. Test my personal Dell laptop to work docking station and it works. This device is the same as what I have at work . Tried my work Dell laptop on this docking station and nothing . Plug back to work docking station and that works. So this is totally dead on arrival. Want to return this product for a refund. Someone needs to retest this product before selling it.

Had to buy this refurbished because it is over $200 new and not worth the money. It does work great and charges well but again way overpriced for what it does.

Very nice that the dock turns on when I boot up my laptop and turns off when I shut down.

The dock arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly.

I like Dell products, but Amazon needs to up its testing game! This item was marked as "in excellent condition," but it turned out that one of the ports did not work. I checked plugs, tried, switching monitors and even got my IT folks on the phone, but nothing we tried worked. I had to order another (new) docking station, which is when I found out this one wasn't working. Such a waste of time!

Had to send a back power bar was well used and there was a capacitor blown that caused it not to work. The dock worked but useless without power so I had to purchase a new one from a different vendor sent it all back, even their cloth
