I have been using these since May 2023, and they are excellent. They are very comfortable, even for extended periods, which I appreciate for two key reasons: the effective noise cancellation (I work from home and it is never quiet !!) and their clear performance during Teams calls. Being wired offers the added benefit of instant connection without the hassle of Bluetooth syncing, and the built-in battery remains fully charged. I highly recommend them.

Finally a pair of decent headphones I can use for conference calls with Lync and a VOIP soft phone. A decent amount of noise cancelling and pretty impressive music quality as well. Works well with my iPhone to, which was a bonus.

Only supports 16k Hz so you sound rubbish.Mic is on the wrong side.Wire is super short and very, very easily accidentally unplugs from the usb adapter.

These are excellent for teleconferencing in noisy offices. The active noise cancelling (ANC) works very well for this. To me, they're worth the high asking price just for this.There is another contact around the shoulder of the input jack that allows the internal ANC battery to charge while it's in use with the supplied breakout box / USB soundcard i.e. with a PC. I switch between my PC and my mobile throughout the day and I've never had to charge them directly.The padding around the earpieces cups around the back of the ear giving a little extra sound isolation over most headphones.Using the ANC on its own to limit external noise works a little but less well than a pair of ear plugs.They're pretty good as headphones (without ANC) but not great, they over emphasise the midrange (to my ears) and sound much cheaper than £200.With music, the ANC colours the music quite badly and for listening in noisy environments I think a pair of canal phones with good tips are much better. There's a slight ambient hiss.However, if you're using music to drown out a noisy office, replacing many background noises with one, they're fine for that.

Good office accessory. Practical for use with softphone or mobile but when I listen to songs it becomes musical heaven. :) Not very strong noise cancelling but great sound quality I guess those two are linked. If you are after listening to a quiet music as you work between phone calls that is product for you.

Based on technical description and the audio trial available on the Jabra site, with and without active noise cancellation, I was expected a more effective noise reduction.

The device does do what it says. Excellent noise cancellation and sound quality. Most of my use was in MS Teams meetings. I initially had issues with the microphone as my voice was really quiet in the meeting. However, it got resolved itself. After an hr of usage device feels heavy on your head making you tired soon. Headphones were really tight and because I wear glasses, it was more uncomfortable. It will have been a lot of value if the weight of the device had been lesser. I had to return the product.

the ANC blocks background noise very well, and blocks other office conversations enough that you can ignore them. I don't have to make any effort to concentrate on my calls now, and don't hear the very noisy office + coffee machine + air con. Equally good with mobile handset and Skype. Only drawback is the price.
