It is THE BEST head sets ever.
These headphones are so unique, the ability to have a conversation and the music stops and resumes on its own is awesome!! They are light weight and noise canceling is the best I have ever experienced before. I rate this a 10/10 hands down!! Technology at its best!!

Responsive seller
Responsive seller only thing lacking was 3.5mm jack cord and the headphone charger

Not worth the upgrade from previous gen.
It seemed like an open box item, but overall it is alright. The sound is not better than the previous gen at all, and it seems like the battery is not as robust, although it feels lighter and a bit more comfy than it's previous generation. Not a fan though, I'm still using the old one most of the time, it seems like I don't have to worry about the battery as much.

Doesn't play well with Apple - Yes it's apple's fault..
Im deep into the ecosystem of Apple, and these just didn't play well with my devices. Aside from the Apple related issues, the multi-device pairing was really clunky and unpredictable. These are fine if I only wanted to use them with one device, but they just didn't work out for me.Returned.

Between the touch controls and the awkward app these were a no for me. I prefer a positive off and on.
