Every so often, when I nearly waterboard these shoes during extreme wet climates, my feet get slightly damp, but nothing more. They're some of the best waterproof sneakers I've come across. Slip resistance is pretty great too. Using them normally, the sneakers have a nice grip on a majority of terrains. During the winter when ice is a major issue, I still will slip when wearing the sneakers, but the tread helps me to rebalance. I have yet to slip AND fall wearing these shoes. My feet have a little wiggle room, and the opening is just big enough to easily slip my feet in but also keep my feet secured inside.
