I really was liking the faucet, other than it is larger than I thought and not as attractive as I hoped. All of the accessories that it came with (unforunately no drain) were high quality. The stainless steel flex lines where marked for hot and cold and had double o-rings where it connected to the faucet and a rubber seal where it connected to the shut off valve. The faucet is heavy and solid. The threaded rod to retain the faucet looks to be stainless and the nut is brass. After installing makes sure to not open the stop valves at the wall all the way. The water will shoot out and is more like a fire hydrant than a water fall. After getting it set up and not shooting like a fire hydrant, the hot water stopped flowing. One would think that there was debris blocking it since the faucet does not have any visible screen on either hot or cold. Unfortunately the unit is not servicable. There are two set screws on the back that do nothing, and no way to remove the handle, let alone access the valve. I tried utilizing compressed air to blow the debris, if that is what the issue is, back through the valve without success. Even tried pushing it. To bad they spent all the money on the accessories and not enough on the faucet itelf. Cold water still flows, just no hot.

Very modern faucet that gives a pretty, shaped stream of water. The controls are super easy to use. Matt black faucets don't show fingerprints, resulting in a clean look.This faucet comes with a superior base plate (see photo) that has additional supports near the hole - these supports prevent the base plate from curving downwards when it is tightened; the slight curve results in water pooling around the base of the faucet, which is not likely to happen with this faucet.It comes with standard 3/8" hose as well as adapters to convert them to 1/2"; included are the components you need with instructions. Very nice faucet. Was easy to install and really enhances the look of our half bathroom.

I received this faucet today. Everything was fine EXCEPT it was missing the included pop-up drain. The description CLEARLY states that the drain is included. Since it would be almost impossible to match the drain with another locally it is a major problem.ACCESSORIES INCLUDED - Pop up drain included, 6" deck plate included for one or three holes 4 inch center sink installation.
