My children are super into Greek Mythology and this is a great intro book. We have since found other books that go into a lot more detail but this is a great, broad overview of some of the most important stories in Greek Mythology!

The media could not be loaded. Of course it downplays what most parents now of Greek mythology to be age-appropriate for what I would think to be 6-12. But the colors are bright, the print is easy to read, the hardback cover is durable and I love this book all around!Solid 5/5

I bought this book for an 8 year old boy and started reading it before wrapping it up. I loved it so much, I ordered another one for myself! It is unlike any other tradition books on Greek mythology. It has all kinds of interesting facts where the myths took place. For example it tells where Aphrodite was born and tells her birth place as Pathos, Cyprus where she rose from the sea. You can actually visit the sanctuary of Aphrodite. The drawings through out the book are charming and colorful. Along with the myths are little tria facts that add a lot of interest to the readers. Really a wonderful book for children AND adults who will also enjoy this fresh version of Greek mythology. I high recommend this book!

I haven't seen it but my 11 year old niece loves it!

My daughter has become really interested in Greek Mythology and she’s 11. I got her this book for Christmas and she has ready it so many times and is so infatuated

Basic Greek mythology for children. Doesn't go into depth of the real mythology. Good for children, not adult versions of mythology.
