Fantastic quality at an affordable price easy to use
Great quality. I love the step-by-step instructions that are included and the photo of the owners is awesome too. Great product! Thank you so much! My classmates all commented on the quality and how easy it was to use. I'd love to buy more products from them.

Easier than I thought...
I have two automatic blood pressure monitors and they never agree. When i go into Doctor's office, it never trends what I see at home. I got this as a gift and figured this would be more accurate. Of note -- you do need a Stethoscope -- of which there are enough cost effective ones on Amazon. While I thought taking my own BP would be difficult, there are YouTube videos that walk you through it. Essentially I use the method where I place the cuff on and put the Stethoscope tucked under just above or near the bend in my elbow and then inflate. That leaves my other hand free to pump up the bulb and then slowly release the pressure. I pump it to about 200 to be safe and slooowly deflate. Some guidance says you should hear a "whoosh" sound to mark your systolic pressure but for me it was just the sound of my heartbeat. Note that you may hear one or two beats higher up the scale followed by silence. If it's not a steady heartbeat, keep going lower. I then slowly lower it again and and wait for the heartbeat to disappear to mark the diastolic. The pressure valve really needs to be turned tightly to close to fill up the cuff. Releasing the pressure has to be done very gently. While easy to inflate, it's obviously not as easy as the automatic devices. I feel way more confident with this device as a true reading. Its helped me pick the automatic blood pressure monitor that is more accurate when comparing readings -- which also happens to be the one also manufactured by this company. Takes some practice but it almost is as easy as the automatic devices.

The only type of sphygmomanometer I will buy for a great price!
This is my favorite type of sphygmomanometer! Typically, you pay a lot more for this type of convenience in a tool, so I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Because of the design it allows for the most accurate pressure readings. At first, I was concerned about the durability because my first order consisted of 2, and one came in with dial hand not attached. However, I opted for it to be replaced, and received a very quick replacement and both have been in circulation in our LTC facility for over 6 months with no issue, and they are used daily and withstain the continuous cleaning of santicloth sanitation.

Great quality
Great qualities. Works wonderfully. Average adult size. Does not work well on small arms. Cons is cuffs is not a single wrap around, it is a circle and has to be applied by slided up onto arm.

100% accurate blood pressure reading every time you take it.
one thousand times more accurate than a battery operated blood pressure kit. It’s best to sit down with your doctor and have them go over with you how to use it. It’s 100% more accurate. Vietnam Vet. JT

Wanted to love it so much I bought 2 pairs, but left disappointed with their quality control..
I wanted to love this item, but I was very disappointed. For style and a convenient design, it ticks every box, but it falls short in terms of functionality. First off, the needle was not appropriately calibrated to zero, and the first pumps do not seem to move the needle at all, until a certain pressure is reached. Since I really wanted to like this product, I decided to buy another one in the black color option, as the dial appears to be different from the white one. The black version also has a red artery marking, whereas the white one does not. However, I noticed that the second version I purchased had a completely different feel to its squeezing, and it still had an improperly calibrated needle, suggesting that there is no quality control in place for these devices. The fit is excellent, and it looks fantastic. Unfortunately, I will still be returning it, as I do not want to place my trust in one of these sphygmomanometers breaking during an emergency. There are similar options on Amazon that offer better quality and value for money compared to this product.
