I had to return the first drill set due to it not holding a charge had it on the charger over night still no charge just blinking red so I returned it and received another one same issue happened so I just returned it and got a complete refund. Overall the tools are good quality and in great condition just wish the drill would’ve hold a charge.

I like the kit but the drill would not charge AT ALL. I requested a replacement set and had the same problem. Everything else on the kit was perfect. I even plugged a phone up to the charger cord to make sure the charger was not at fault.

I bought this set just for convenience of having quick access to small tools when my husband wasn’t home. I got the drill out for the first time and tried to charge it, but it won’t charge. We’ve tried different chargers on it but it won’t charge. It sounds like something is loose inside the drill. I tried the link for customer service but it’s invalid.

Non of the drills work if it’s not pink. What’s going on with that? Ordered a replacement and drill still doesn’t work. Besides that everything else is excellent no problems

I had high hopes for this drill set, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, I encountered an issue where the drill wouldn't charge at all. After exchanging it for a new one, I thought my problems would be solved, but to my dismay, the replacement also failed to charge. I've tried different outlets and even left it plugged in overnight, but to no avail. It's incredibly disappointing to spend money on a product that doesn't perform its basic function. I'll be seeking a refund and exploring other options.

I got 2 of them and neither drill would charge. The other stuff in the kit is good I like it. But really the drill not charging kinda ruins the whole thing.

I got this item and hoped it wasnt like all the previous reviews but even though I plugged it in, it never charged and I had to return it. They did send me it again though and the second round was ok and everything worked!

I’ve tried the charger that included and also another one nothing works. I’ve had one blinking red light and It’s also been crickets from the manufacturer as well

I had high hopes for this Deko drill, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad purchase. At first, it worked well, and I appreciated the variety of screwdriver bits and accessories included in the set. However, after a short period of use, the drill stopped working completely. The biggest issue is that it no longer charges, making it completely useless. While the number of pieces in the kit is impressive, it doesn’t matter if the main tool fails so quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you only need the accessories and are willing to buy a more reliable drill separately.

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son, It is very nice.

The drillgun never worked. All other tools are fine, but the drillgun never worked a day. Waste of money.

Tools ok, nothing great. Drill would not charge. Contacted Deko customer service by email and WhatsApp. After about 10 messages for a response. Sent in my issue and send for a response. Then every two weeks or so I got another email from them asking what the problem was and for my address again. I figure they were just trying to placate me and hope that I would go away. Or maybe just utterly incompetent. 3 months or so later they did send a new drill -> and it won't charge either!!! Go elsewhere!!!
