Small tin, but it works very well for muscle aches and general stiffness. The smell instantly reminded me of the old dressing room days on a Saturday before football — that classic Deep Heat scent that lets you know it’s working. It gives a nice warming effect and definitely helps loosen up sore muscles and minor aches after activity or long days on your feet. The fragrance is very strong though, so I’d definitely recommend only using it in a well-ventilated area unless you want the whole room smelling of Deep Heat. Overall, effective spray that does exactly what you expect it to do.

I got this for myself and my daughters, and it’s been so handy to have. It’s an essential item when out and about, day or night. It’s great for easing muscle aches and tension, and one of those practical little things that offers reassurance just having it close by. It's small enough to slip into a coat pocket or handbag, so it’s easy to carry around every day. The size makes it ideal for travel or keeping in the car too. It works really fast, gives a lovely warming relief, and the can design makes it quick and mess-free to use. Just don’t get it near your eyes ….. it could really hurt! We don’t leave home without it now….. it’s small, reliable, and surprisingly versatile.

Spray comes out in the form of a fine mist. Be very careful not to get this in your face and eyes. It will hurt and make you cough. Very effective for the purpose it’s intended for but if you have sensitive skin make sure u do a patch test first. Use sparingly, otherwise it can burn. Has successfully eased many a muscle cramps/pulls. I bought this to carry on my morning walks, for the purpose of self defense. I hope i never have to use it for that purpose but better to be safe than sorry. Bonus if i ever pull a muscle on my walks and need a quick remedy. This went straight to work, whereas painkillers didn't help.

Used it first time without having read the reviews, BE CAREFUL when spraying this! The fine mist goes EVERYWHERE and thankfully not pets or children were around when using because it spreads far and stays in the air for a long time, causing burning eyes, caughing and sneezing when inhaled. Apart from that it does seem to be effective when used just dont use too much or in an enclosed space!
