I've tried so many different syrups for my coffee and this one is thicker, and way more flavorful than any other one. By far the best salted caramel out there! The consistency of the product is always on point, it is not overly sweet and to add to it, the companies customer service is responsive and takes care of their customers! Highly recommend both the product and the company, you won't be disappointed!

I bought this as an alternative to T----i Salted Caramel thinking it was going to be a better flavor. It is not! It most just tastes like sugar, not caramel, and sea salt flavor is barely there. I tasted each syrup side by side, since I had a little bit of the other brand left, and it actually tastes like salted caramel very strongly so you don't have to use very much to get the flavor, where as this LAVA stuff barely tastes like that at all. You have to use so much of it to get the flavor you want that it becomes way, WAY TOO SWEET. Like disgusting sweet. I wanted to return this, it was so bad, but they don't accept returns so I'm stuck choking it down. Don't make the same mistake I made, get a different brand!

I've been using the LAVA Salted Caramel syrup these past few months to replace my more expensive Puremade Salted Caramel Torani syrups. At least in my opinion, they are very similar in flavor profile. Though the Torani is slightly stronger in flavor, I had trouble telling them apart. Looking at the nutrition facts, Torani's has slightly more carbs, slightly more sugar but WAY more sodium. I've been using the same amount of syrup and it seems just right for me, I like the lighter sodium profile in my salted caramel coffee. Most people own table salt which makes it easy to add more to one's preference.

I wanted to like this salted caramel syrup so bad! I read all the reviews and loved the design on bottle so I wanted to try it out myself. I was hoping it would have the profile of caramel with a thicker consistency, but everytime i added to my coffee it gives off butterscotch or a mix of hazelnut nothing like salted caramel. The syrup is very runny and loose so I have to add much more, my latte no longer had the aromatic of a strong coffee by the end of flavoring just a regular cheap iced coffee. Consistency similar to the 1883 caramel syrup. I’m not fond of the value for this quality, could be lot better.

I’m pretty sure this is my new flavored syrup of choice! Doesn’t taste artificial, and you don’t need a ton to make your coffee taste great. Price is not bad for how large of a bottle you get, practically two Torani sized bottles could fit in here. Delicious will all sorts of espresso!
