Beautiful gift, great quality

Such a lovely item bought for my wife she loves it.

I have only given this 3 stars, because the bow on the front of the little drawer which holds the necklace is broken and I had to pry it open with a knife. The gift box holding the rose is really pretty it’s a shame that the bow was broken on arrival, and also that the dome holding a preserved rose made of plastic which doesn’t makes it feel like a premium item. The necklace itself is lovely in a heart shape with a delicate chain. I intended to give it to my mum for her 80th birthday, if I can find something to fasten to the front of the drawer so she can actually get the necklace out.For the cost I expected it would be intact, I definitely wouldn’t pay that price for something that is not intact when it arrives. It’s a shame as it would make a beautiful gift.

This will make a great gift , I got this for my wife, she has yet to have the surprise!The whole package is around the size of a fist, the heart is 2.3cm wide and tall and weighs 7.5g, it is made of zirconia, purple coloured. It comes with a 45cm chain which is marked S25, denoting sterling silver (92.5%).Apparently it is a real rose, that has been preserved, however, the heart shaped case encapsulating it is plastic, rather than glass, and was disappointing as this gives it a slightly cheap feel and look.
