I love this mug! The size is quite a bit bigger than a standard mug so it is great for those of us that prefer a larger dose of coffee or tea.I have had this mug for 4 years, and even though I have gone against the label by washing it in the dishwasher, and heating it in the microwave the only adverse effect has been hairline cracks in the inside which are not noticeable when full.A gift that will stand the test of time and sure to be loved by any Harry Potter fan! As a bonus, it looks even more like a cauldron with the vapor of a hot beverage, as shown.

Really sturdy coffee mug! Also, it’s literally the perfect size not too small and not too big. The color is very rich and you can actually hold the cup without it scolding your hand.

Cool cup but not being able to microwave is a bummer.

The mug is great, it's sturdy. I use it to drink tea. It's thick but not too thick. It's not hot to the touch after I have the hot water in it. It is beautifully made well made. I will buy more products from this company. I can't look just as good in person as the picture does. I don't put it in the dishwasher
