Nice reading for a quick Who's Who in hockey. It is for quick reading. I wish the book had more details on each person. Definitely worth reading.

The author's storytelling style is engaging, and a very easy read for enthusiasts of any age – a bit like to having a chat with an experienced veteran who's witnessed it all. You're transported back in time to relive legendary moments like Wayne Gretzky's career highlights and Mario Lemieux's remarkable comeback from cancer. And there is also the groundbreaking story of Hayley Wickenheiser, demonstrating that hockey isn't exclusively a man's sport. In summary, this is a great, casual read for fans of all sports, not just hockey. As a casual observer, it gave me a greater appreciation of the sport and some excellent facts and figures. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

Purchased this for my 84 year old dad. He read a little bit every day and loved it. Said it brought him back a few years.
