The top portion kept popping off every time you would pump for a cookie dough to exit even having to soften the dough several times. The screw top would not hold. After several shots, it still would not extract a shapely cookie no matter which disc being used. Wasted a batch of cookie dough. Although it was not an expensive set, it is still not worth any amount.3/31/2024 - I have changed my rating as Suuker has reached out to me quite concerned with my original review. The product itself was faulty, but the concern and service they provided has gone beyond expectations. They truly take price and stand behind their product in doing what they can to amend a problem. I thank you very much for their efforts and give them a 5-Start rating in Customer Service.

I bought this "caulking gun" cookie extruder/cake decorator to inject the filling into jelly donuts. It is useless for that task, which certainly means it would be equally useless as a cake decorating tool. The construction is so FLIMSY that I can't believe it would be useful for extruding cookies, unless maybe your cookie dough has the consistency of pudding. But then the filling leakage would come into play. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.The main problem is that the gun leaks. The filling I was using has the consistency of pudding. It was by no means fluid. But no matter how I tightened the front ring that holds the nozzle plate in place, filling squeezed out around the ring where it threaded onto the body cylinder of the gun. Lots of it. And as it collected, it driped off onto whatever was below, like a plate full of donuts waiting to be filled. Filling also leaks back around the plunger that is supposed to push the filling forward. Each time I disassembled the gun for cleaning, there was a quarter cup of filling behind the plunger. The gun also will not empty completely. Altogether, I lost about a third of the filling I was trying to inject, due to the poor design and manufacture of this tool. I say again, do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Very nice set of decorating tips/nozzles, plus couplers and bags! Great sizes and love the variety. They were easy to wash and use!

The tops are perfect, but the bag ripped on the first try. Worth the money for the tips alone though.

I bought this product cuz my daughter is a Baker and a decorator and her hands got hurt by a dog a few years back she has trouble squeezing the bags with icing in them this product worked perfect made a lot easier for her to do her decorating and she loves it very much she's a very happy decorator I would recommend this product to everybody

I was a bit sad when one of my coupler’s came damaged already; it had a small crack was bent to resemble more of horizontal rather than circular shape.It came with another coupler which I used but still I’m not fully satisfied because one of them came damaged. The metal tips worked pretty well for churros though!

This product is a disappointment. It is poorly built with plastic parts that ware while it is being used causing chips of plastic to contaminate the dough. Despite all the parts being tightly secured in place the cylindrical part pops off from the handle when the lever is squeezed to push the dough out of the tip. All of this happened during the first use.Needless to say it cannot be used again.

The plastic is very cheap. The plunger isn't flush with the cylinder. There's a huge gap.The spring is pushing the plunger towards one side so it's very hard to depress and scrapes against one side.I haven't even used it, just returned it. You might end up doing the same so maybe I'll save people some time.
