Solid, quiet and reliable PSU
Corsair never disappoints. This CX650 is whisper-quiet, runs cool, and powers my system with no issues at all. Cables are long enough and feel good quality, installation was straightforward, and thereโs been zero coil whine or instability under load. Itโs also 80 Plus Bronze certified, so efficient too. For a mid-range build, this is a fantastic power supply โ great value and rock-solid reliability.

CORSAIR CX750 80 PLUS Bronze Non Modular PSU
I recently installed the CORSAIR CX750 80 PLUS Bronze Non-Modular PSU in my PC build, and it has been performing perfectly. It delivers a solid 750W, which is more than enough to power my components without any issues. The unit runs quietly, even under load, which is a big plus for me as I prefer a silent setup. The build quality feels robust and trustworthy, and the 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency rating gives me confidence that itโs not wasting power unnecessarily. While itโs non-modular, I found cable management to be manageable with some careful planning. Overall, this PSU has been reliable, efficient, and quietโexactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended for anyone building a mid-to-high-end system.

Quiet, well built, cables are a little lacking
I'm using this in an admittedly huge case, the Fractal Pop Air XL. The PSU only has one cable for SATA power with three connectors on it and it doesn't stretch between the 2.5" and 3.5" bays, I've had to buy a couple of SATA power extension cables to power my drives. Interestingly it has a long cable with 2 Molex connectors which can't see much use these days. The other cables just about stretch to where they need to go when routing behind the motherboard, some quite extreme angles needed on the cables though. It's decent quality and it's a good price but if your building in a large case maybe look elsewhere.

Great value
I'm not going to lie. I wasn't very impressed with the packaging of the product. (IE there was none at all from Amazon). Feels wrong to deduct a star for this - but Amazon should be doing a better job protecting electronics. [in hindsite the ยฃ3 extra to insure it for 3 years is worth every penny for peace of mind] It's smaller than the CX750 it's replaced in the computer I'm building for my son, but still fits into the case without issue. It is non modular, so all the cables need to be facilitated within the case, but again I feel this is presented better (certainly more manageable) than the old PSU it replaced as it was a lot easier to secure the xcess cables. Great price from Amazon. And so far it's working without issue.

Always Good To Have A Decent Supply
I learnt years ago that a decent power supply from a decent name such as Corsair ultimately saves more headaches and money in the long run than a string of budget/cheap PSUs. Yes they cost more money in the first place, but they last far longer. Budget PSUs might be cheap, but if (or when) they pop, they tend to take your system with you, assuming they can pump out what they claim in the first place. Anyway having upgraded my hardware (from a Ryzen 3 1200 to a Ryzen 5 5600 and a GTX 650Ti Boost to a 3050) so that I could upgrade to Windows 11 and run Cities Skylines II at a semi-decent frame rate (while not have everything in the game look like it was made out of plastic), my previous 480w unit wasn't quite enough to power it, as I found out when the computer spontaneously restarted after 5 minutes of gameplay and not through blue screen either. Usually the voltage drops and that reduces the amount of power available, so the computer can't run and its as good as hitting the reset button at that point. The Corsair 750 does what it says on the tin - provides 750w of power- and like most computer components if you know what you're doing, its a piece of cake to swap out. Swapped it out, plugged everything back in, powered it up. Fired up Cities Skylines II and the computer ran for 3 and a half hours in the game without falling over once. The length of the power cables aren't particularly generous I have to say, which may be an issue in a larger case. All the connectors you need are here - three SATA (all on the same cable), two legacy four pin ones, and your standard 20/24 pin, CPU power 4/8 and two PCI-express x6 connectors. The trend towards M2/NVMe devices and no optical drives may mean you don't even need the SATA connectors anyway. Like most decent power supplies it doesn't sound like a hovercraft when in use either. You can't go wrong with a Corsair if you're in the market for a new unit (by choice or otherwise). If in doubt about your power supply needs, get a higher wattage unit - your hardware will only takes what it needs.

Easy to fit, quiet in operation and comes with more SATA connectors than mentioned in listing.
Got this as the PSU supplied with my PC had started to play up so I needed to replace it. I didn't want the hassle of arranging a courier and returning it to base to be fixed & having watched some videos and swatted up on my Motherboard I realised it wasn't that difficult to do yourself. You probably only need to swap out two cables on your motherboard after removing the old one, plus maybe a couple more if you have a graphics card and any SATA powered items. This was the same rating 750w as my old one and came with similar style cables & connectors. From the listing I was a bit concerned that it said it only had one SATA cable / connector. However I needn't have worried as it does come with plenty of extra SATA connectors off of the same cable. It is quite handy having the extra dual 6+2 PCIe cable as some graphics cards these days need more than one power connection. In addition to the extra SATA connectors not mentioned in the listing it also came with a Molex connector too if you have anything that might need one of those. It fitted well and was easy to swap out for my old one and my PC now boots up straight away as it used to. The PSU seems quiet in operation & I hope it will prove to be more efficient and durable than my old one which lasted less than 3 years. Having said that as this is a bronze rated one it only comes with a 3 year warranty. I'm hoping though as it is from Corsair, a well known brand in this space, that it will prove to be more durable.
