5’10” 190, fits me perfectly. If you’re in decent shape medium fits like a glove and looks great. If you’re overweight even an XXL will be too small.

I’m 5’10” and around 160 lbs—both medium and large fit me fine depending on if you like it slimmer or looser. The material is thin and breathable, perfect for hot days. Just be cautious with the color selection. I ordered the white jersey shown in the listing and ended up receiving a black one instead—not just once, but four times!
