Works well. Especially for $15.
Read the other review. Had doubts but, for $15, decided to try it out. Got the mount. Threw it on my LPVO. 35ft/lbs on the torque wrench. No problems with fitment. screws stayed tight and didn't break. Took it out. Dialed it in and put 75 rounds through it. Stayed tight. No flex. Will it last as long as a Geissele, Reptilla or Unity? Would I depend my life on it? Nope. But it's also not 10X the price. I'll use it until I decide what I really want.

The slots do not match any standard spacing.
Anything other than a single screw mounting lug will not likely work. Whomever was intoxicated while they drew this in C.A.D. software should be fired. The notching pattern should be a standard mill-spec rail just like everything made for the last 50 years. This is not. The width is close enough, and it's reasonably flat, but the lug spacing is some kind of random pattern radiating away from the center slot. If they had just made the extra bars a little "thin" one could say it saves weight and doesn't matter, but they actually spaced the "groves" closer together by making the ridges thinner. This will make any locking lug type setup interfere with the ridges. If what you're using attaches with a single locking lug or screw it might work. The 34mm round is not bored as a unit either. They're machined, likely with just a normal end mill in a cnc, and not as one set. So you may get one side bigger than the other. The bore could be larger or smaller like people mentioned due to production tolerances. If you get lucky and it's all a little large, you could possibly sand down the flats of the strap and get a decent enough fitment for a "non-precise" fast dot type arrangement. However there's a good chance they won't line up at all, or even remotely close. I wouldn't force this onto any scope you care about, as it could easily damage the scope. I would rather it have a 35mm hole if it's going to be sloppy, and come with plastic shims as at least that wouldn't damage the optic. In summary, if you have the expertise and tooling to correct this, you likely have access to the tooling to produce one from scratch easier. This isn't really all that good even for something to just use as a casting to modify. Maybe if you're just playing around with cheap parts to test if a setup will fit like you want before buying good gear this might work out for you. It's a shame, because If it simply was "on spec" even without being all that precise it would have fit my needs for a non-precise mounting point to get in the ballpark with. This wasn't worth the effort to re-work it into functional. If they correct the rail, and simply machine the main-bore with the parts tightened on .003 shims in would be good enough.

Low Quality But Effective
Would give only 2 stars but for $15, I can't expect too much and much cheaper than the $100 AimPoint alternative. Ring is out of round but material has enough give to stretch open to 34mm size scope tube without damaging scope. I needed this for mounting an electronic level onto my scope for competition shooting. Didn't like the pic extension on it but I wasn't going to pay AimPoint price, so I neatly/precisely cut it off and chemically reblackened the exposed aluminum. Turned out great and does exactly what I needed.

It works
I have scopes and lvpos I forward mount at the 12 o clock and this cheap thing works. Hasnโt come loose or broken off yet. There has been one instance where the scope bell flared out and was contacting the underside of the rail portion but I used a dremmel and shaved some material off the underside so no touchy touchy. Worth it.

Cheap hardware
Even at the price point, the screws are a bit soft for the application

Poor fitment and stripped threads
The rings do not fit a 34 mm tube very well. They are not the correct size they have gaps in some areas and pinch the scope tube in other spots. The screws are too small and threads were stripped out.
