I could not get the continental plug into the adaptor ...
I could not get the continental plug into the adaptor for the British outlet. Had to return it. The people though, were service oriented and the return was made swift. I was just about to reorder when I saw another product that was more my need.

Looks nice, but poor lid design
Looks nice, but after less than 6 months the lid mechanism broke and the entire lid snapped off a few months later.
