So far, I have only used this for my retainer. It was nasty. I used this once and it became 75% cleaner. I now use it everyday and my retainer is clear and looks brand new. No smell! It's not a matter of pushing a button. You hold the button down awhile and then listen for the sound. If no sound, you repeat that until it does start. The worse problem is that it only lasted 1.5 years and then failed, so it's now trash! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very effective *by K***N on November 29, 2023* This did wonders on my nightguard, feels like when I bring it home from the dentist, also does better than the denture brush they gave me to hit it with.I do wish it were a little bit bigger to hold my power toothbrush head with some room to spare.
