Stainless steel body with extendable broom pipe. Very impressive pick up - perfect for large homes or Industrial locations. So perfect for Professional cleaners for Offices, Restaurants, Bars, etc.We live in quite a dusty flat, living close to a busy road - plus we have pets - it's great on pet hair! Yes it's a Bag Machine but it is 12L and we didn't notice much loss of suction as the bag got full. It's a little on the heavy side and has no retractable power cable. So for that reason I'll give it just 8/10 . Ultimately it's how it performs as a cleaner and for that I can't fault it.
