Good, but pricey
I bought it because I wanted to try the Schisandra berry. It's good but impossible for me to describe. When the price comes down, I'll order more.Add a bit of 7up or sprite if you don't like it straight.

Sucralose 👎🏻
So I have been drinking kombucha bottles from the store lately due to people saying how it’s so good for your system, plus I like the taste , it’s just so expensive! I figured I would try the more affordable powder mixes but I knew there was something in the flavor that Was giving me that yucky lingering sweetness, but thought ( there can’t be sugar substitute in it because it’s supposed to be HEALTHY right?? ) low and behold I saw it’s sweetened with sucralose. I HATE sucralose! So unfortunately these packets won’t work for me .. the only low calorie/ no calorie sugar I like is monk fruit. Monk fruit is natural and so good! Now I think that would have been a much better option. All in all if you want the kombucha to be calorie free and you like the taste of sucralose this will work for you .

Has A Light Delicate Fizz, Tastes Pretty Good, Unsure About Any Benefits
NOTE: I got the Schisandra (Omija) Berry & Black Raspberry flavors, 1 box each containing 4 little single-serve packets.I popped a packet of Black Raspberry into my water bottle filled with about 8-10oz and shook it up. It wasn't as fizzy as I'd expected, but it still had a pleasant little effervescence to it. I'm not a big fan of carbonated drinks so this was fine by me. I liked the taste.I let my husband use the Schisandra Berry flavor, as I've never had it before and read that it's a tangier taste, maybe closer to cranberry, which he likes. He has one of those soda stream things and drinks a big 24-30oz cup of fizzy water flavored with lemon or lime every day. He already had that made when I gave him the packet, so he just added it to his big drink. He said it tasted fine, but of course it was diluted more in his big sippy cup that already had lime in it. Even so, he said he tasted it, and I know that if he didn't care for it he would have told me so.I love kombucha, but I've only had it twice in my life -- one from a bottle bought from the store, and the other was homemade by a friend I visited last year (and that was DELICIOUS!). I've since learned more about it and the health benefits of the fermented drink. It's hard to imagine how this powder has the same fermentation benefits; I don't know enough about the process. The only thing that's listed in the nutritional info on the back of each box is sodium, and 15 calories per serving. Everything else is zero. There are no nutrients listed at all. There are claims of kombucha benefits on the page, but nowhere on the product itself. There's no way to tell if there are any benefits in this powder. That said, I liked the flavors I got, and the single-serve packets are very convenient, although they feel a little pricey for what you get, but I'm not sure. I have no idea if the cost is a good value or not because I have nothing to compare it with.I'll give these 4 stars for taste and convenience. If there was some evidence of health benefits with these, I'd probably bump that up to 5, but not without being sure of it.

great taste, less expensive thanm bottled kombucha
I have tried one of the raspberry and one of the schisandra beryy flavors. The latter is much milder in flavor compared to the raspberry. Both tasted good, a little tart. I didn't notice an overpowering sweetner taste that other reviews have mentioned. In terms of kombucha's health benefits, I cannot say that it had the same effect as the bottled or some of my home brewed batches. This may because the powdered form isn't as conducive of pre/obiotic and other bacteria ("good bacteria"), maybe weaker somehow. In any case, it was still delicious and much more cost effective than any of the store bought commercial brews. The small packages are very good for traveling. The packets do puff up a little (this is normal), so just be a little careful if you are carrying it around with you.Overall, great flavor and good value for the cost per packet.

Not bottled water friendly & not much flavor.
I wanted to use this with bottled water that I drink at work. However, once the powders got contact with water they immediately created thick foam right at the opening of the bottle, and a lot of powders were pushed out by the foam, creating a mess on my desk. The powders also got very sticky from water. So the lesson here is to always make sure the bottle is half empty before adding this product. The product did not really add much flavor. It just made the water slightly sour. The water tasted nothing like juice, iced tea, or soda. To me it's not worth the price or the trouble.I also noticed that several packets had very little powders (almost empty) while other packets had significantly more.
