Amazing! Some of the best loaf pans I've owned. Even without oil/cooking spray things come right out with little to no stick, which also means easy to wash! Nice Color, perfect size for most recipes, cooks very evenly, metal cools quickly after coming out, but food remains hot.

These loaf pans FAR exceeded my expectation. They are far thicker and more sturdy that I thought they would be and are very well made. The non-stick is ultra-non-stick in my opinion. And they stack together perfectly. Super easy to clean, are sized perfectly for a 400 to 500 gram loaf, have an even heat distribution and their ability to bake excellent loaves is second to none. I purchased these pans as I was preparing for the holidays and our old loaf pans were in bad shape. The set of 4 was perfect and allowed me to prepare multiple loaves at once, which really sped up the baking process. Some of the items I baked were made with brown sugar glaze and the non stick pans made it a breeze to turn out the loaves without tearing them all up. All in, I feel that these pans are a good value for the money, and they seem that they will hold up well. My only complaint- shipping was slow, but that is on Amazon and has nothing to do with the manufacturer or item quality.

Non stick, good thickness, nice size, none of the micro loaf stuff any more, and they cook well. Very happy.

This set of loaf pans is outstanding. All the sizes you could need and their quality is top notch. I have already used them and found they are easy to work with and easy to clean. I love the way they stack inside each other, and they take up little room in our cabinet. Amazon had a great deal on them as well. A win all the way around. Quality: They are constructed well, great fit and finish, no sharp corners and non-stick surface. Heat distribution: My recipes finished exactly on time and were perfectly cooked inside and out. Size: 4 different sizes for any need. Baking ability: Cooked thoroughly and on time.

It's a decent pan. It does what it says it's going to do. I just wish that the makers would publish the exact interior dimensions. As a home baker that's critically important and is someone with limited oven space it is also critically important. But I can't get them to do that. Doesn't mean you shouldn't buy them if you have no concerns with space.

I love the size of these for making sourdough but they are definitely not non stick. My other non stick pans I use need zero oil and my loaves fall right out. I baked my 1st loaves in these and the bottom stuck so bad. It took me forever to get them out and it ruined the bottom of my bread. I am going to give it another try but going to spray some oil first. Just wanted to warn other sourdough bakers so they don’t ruin their bread or these pans.
