Absolutely great purchase Stunning looks. Easy to operate. Sufficient space for cooking. Bonus additions of a brush, tong and ss rack with skewers. Tried fries, wedges, paneer tikka, onion pakodas so far and each item has come out wonderfully well. Still to try chicken n fish. Easy to clean as well. Pricewise very competetive when compared with other popular brands. The glass front is just wow as the cooking can be monitored from outside. The light comes on at intervals showing you what's going on in the inside. Air fryer cooking is so easy hassle free and healthy... absolutely loving this purchase. So many recipes accessible on youtube makes it easier for new users. If anyone is thinking abt a purchase...just go for it. Pls note this devise comes with a 16 amps plug so you need a compatible socket.

wish I could add a review lower than 1 star. The product received was horrible, didn't even work and turned off on its own for no reason...I am going to return it. I DONT RECOMMENDED IT AT ALLL....

All good especially the size 6.5l is perfect, and some accessories for making kawabs included easy to use ... Never forget it is with bigger 3 pin plug so u can also use accessories to make smaller 3 pin plug over all its great ... I just choosed because I can see food from out side and it's size is good ... All gone good no negatives ... Since I use carefully I don't mind service centers from this brand .. it's quite using air fryer in other countries.. Cooking quality is top notch with low oil ,, heating is not problem.. it's user friendly one... ,,taste is best than stove deep fired food suprisingly it's best one for fries and reheat,,

there is another air fryer which looks exactly the same as this one except it does not have a brand name, and it is soled by the same seller, that one is a few hundreds less in the price, I think this Billord is the same one, they just get that one add the name for it, and ship it , and they charge you extra for adding the name, and you also get delay few days in delivery, so you better get the one which does not have the name Billord from the same seller and save yourself the cost of adding the name. The fryer works perfectly the only issue with it the size the cooking area size is small. rest no problem at all.
