The overall design is just well done. It is a simple pattern that looks really nice with a variety of styles. It is a low wool percentage but still nails the wool look and feel. I received compliments on it the first time I wore it in public. I have been using it in 35-45 degree F weather and it is effective enough to keep my head comfy without excessive heat. It would be comfortable at temperatures above this, but probably not too far below 35F - everyone has different warmth needs, for reference I tend to get cold very easily. You may want something different if your ears get cold or if it is a windy day that you need added ear covering. The underbrim color matches the adjustment strap and logo nicely. It really fits perfectly in between a typical baseball cap and a winter beanie. The wool blend is soft and comfortable on the head.

I like this hat but I have one issue. I think it comes awfully close to my ears. Its great for cold weather and for really just whenever you want to wear it. Its a really well made hat and it shows. Not very often will you find a nice hat like this so I applaud them on this creation. They get a 4 stars from me on this one. I hope this helps someone.

The hat fits like a chef hat - the crown leaves 2 inches of clearance from the top of my head. Should've known better than to go in blind on a random brand. On the other hand, if you have a cone head or somehow have a head shaped for that sort of thing, it's made of very nice materials and looks classy.

The design is good with soft/warm touch ready for winter wearing. However there is only one size available and it's too big for me.

I wear hats. My usual hat style is a baseball/trucker type hat with a visor. With winter weather coming I began looking for something warmer. This one was a surprise. I did not really know that my type of hat was available in a wool blend material. It is just my style, but is made of a very high quality wool blend material rather than the usual cotton type, that is indeed very warm, but not at all itchy. The hat has an easily adjustable leather strap in the back, so it can be tightened quickly in case of a windy situation (Tested!). It is very well made, and holds its shape well. I have warn it in the rain and snow, and neither has caused it any damage. 5 stars for this very nice winter cap.

I would not wear these on a rainy day since they're wool and could potentially deteriorate the material much faster than necessary. Simple cold wash by hand would suffice for these materials, and definitely don't run it in the dryer. The material is the unique part about this cap and will keep you warm during the winter, but only wear it when there isn't any precipitation.

Good hat for cold season. Material feels like wool, it's pretty large (I do have large head so sometimes hats a top small, this one is good). What I would improve is the back strap, its made cheap and looks like artificial leather; another thing is comfort, after wearing it for more than an hour I feel a bit of discomfort, most probably the inner shape isn't perfect.

I own quite a few winter caps, but this one has become my favorite. Its thick wool, polyester fabric is very weather resistant, keeping the wind off my bald pate. It’s heavy weight, yet light and its adjustable back strap allows you to get just the right tightness to hold it in place. The strap they made it of soft leather, which is far more comfortable than the nylon straps found on most caps which catch and pull the hair.. The brass buckle and brass grommets encircling the holes where the strap enters the cap make it look expensive and stylish.This cap is pure value and well worth the $26.00 that it sells for.
