I've adapted all of my shoes to fit this style now...dress shoes, boots...they all have to have zero drop from heal to toe or my legs hurt. While these aren't classified as barefoot shoes, they are really light, have zero drop and are absolutely PERFECT.I bought a size larger than I needed as they were too narrow. However, they stretched. By the end of the 1st day wearing them, I would say they fit perfectly in width. I wear them almost all day during the winter with thin socks and they are perfectly warm.
