Bought this product in Nov 2020 as a Xmas present for my son. stored at my house and given on the 25/12/2020,When the product was open the Tools and Top Tool Chest were fine however the main bottom chest of draws were an issue, the whole locking mechanism was unconnected. half inside the locked cabinet and the lock barrel separate inside the delivery box.Contacted the SELLER on 25/12/2020 advised that they were closed until 04/01/2021, they then contacted me and advised that they would report the problem to the manufacture Clarkes ( Good customer service??).After some time being advised by SELLER that Covid19 , people working from home were making it difficult to resolve the problem the SELLER advised that Clarkes would call and collect the faulty cabinet , take it away, repair it and then deliver it back ( Good customer service??? I think a straight forward replacement would have been the answer}.After several days waiting the cabinet was brought back, on inspection the locking mechanism was fixed, they obviously had to pop some rivets to remove the draws to get at the mechanism.It would have been OK if they had replaced the rivets before sending back to us, draws falling out and not closing properly.Contacted SELLER, advised them of the issues they requested photos which were sent, they agreed that a new unit was in order.A new unit was finally delivered in full working order two days after the date advised by the SELLER.Initial complaint 25/12/2020, issue resolved 19/02/2021.GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE????, I think not.

i meet all my exceptions fast good delivery the extra tool are a great help to me they contained stuff that i not got

Its good as a fine cheap box to add to or for starting out. Lacks some basic tools like hammer tape measure etc but all in all im rather happy with it
