Now, flow rope is part of my daily routine thanks to this rope, usually a basic flow workout for 10-20 mins just going through all the different moves I have learned by watching youtube videos. It has held up well for the several months I have had it. The only wear that I have noticed is in the "bend" of the rope (the middle of the rope) which is from hitting the ground as part of a flow routine. That kind of wear will happen to any rope that you use for flow, cheap or expensive. There are some influencers out there who are trying to sell flow ropes for absurd prices. Ignore those and do yourself a favor by buying an inexpensive rope like this.

It's ok for a beginner I suppose. The metal caps slid off after the third usage. There's a single metal screw that holds the caps on. I suppose that the screws were screwed too deep which let the caps slide off. I just kept the caps off and used a lighter to melt the fraying ends of the rope. The rope twists too easy.
