Vitanica Women's Phase II, Menopause Support, Vegan, 90 Capsules

This stuff really works. I’m one of those unfortunate women who’s suffered hot flashes for years. I gave up wine and spicy food, even sugar to some degree. The hot flashes persisted. Then, several years ago, my naturopath recommended Women’s Phase II. I’m so glad she did. I can’t tell you what a difference it has made. Now 64, I take two capsules every morning. If something I’ve eaten triggers hot flashes later in the day, I take two more capsules. Within minutes my hot flashes have subsided. I’ve lost count of the number of women I’ve recommended this product to.

This was recommended by Naturopath for symptoms of peri-menopause. For such things as hot flashes, mood changes- you name it! I have been using this for over three years and I have been symptom free!

I tried four or five different products before trying this product.. Vitanica Women's Phase 2 was recommended by my naturopath and has worked the best for me. It has made my hot flashes much more tolerable. I was miserable, getting several intense hot flashes a day and night sweats that would wake me up. I still get hot flashes, but they are very mild and short lived.

Hot flashs stopped from first day! Made a huge difference! I just have to say this should have 5 stars. I read every review on her not one person was not helped the 3 star view says "seems to be working but to soon to tell" seriously if you review like that come back and update! Here is my update I foolishly let my bottle run out before reordering. I was having no hot flashes and feeling good so it didn't seem that big a deal till I was out 2 days in I'm back to being miserable with hot flashes and night sweats and no motivation to do anything! This stuff is gold! Mynew bottle will be here tomorrow! I ordered 2 this time!

I did an experiment on myself not on purpose with menopause symptoms. I have been taking Vitanica Phase II for a while and ran out and I thought, well, let's see if I can do without it. The answer would be no, LOL. That one helps with the Beeotch attitude so definitely a must. I take 3 things for menopause and never realized how well they were working until I stopped taking each one, one by one. The Smokey Mountain Dim happens to stop the hot flashes for me. The 3rd is Smokey Mountain Progesto-Life for the very raw soreness pain in the feminine area. I have no menopause symptoms with all 3 of these. I get all 3 on Amazon. I hope this helps some of you.
