I'm using this as part of my daily supplements to overcome chronic fatigue. I searched for a liposomal version of PEA as I've found them to be the best absorbed for me. I take this first thing in the morning and I've really noticed the difference. Yes it is a big capsule, so far no complaints. I got the two bottle pack because its that good!

I try to but liposomal as much as possible for better quality of absorption. This was purchased for pain for my husband after Achilles surgery. Easy to swallow.

I started using these to help with mild discomfort. My first bottle I took two pills together in the morning. After doing further research, I read a suggestion to split the doses and take one am and one pm. So I’ll see if that offers more benefits.

One study suggested that PEA and Luteolin could help suffered of Long Covid. It didn't offer me any noticeable relief, but it didn't make symptoms worse.

So far so good, I have been taking pea for 3 months and switch to this product, haven't noticed anything different

my first bottle worked so well, I decided to order two this time. BIG mistake. I opened the first and had to pry the first capsule out with a spoon, and squeeze it to pull it loose. I thought maybe they were packed too tight, but the same with the second capsule and the rest are glued together like a solid block. I opened the second bottle and the same thing! It is just one mass of capsules glued together. AND of course, they are not returnable. I really liked what was in the capsules, but they are of no use if I can't get them out of the bottle. no contact info for the manufacturer!
