Roasted Chickpeas - Paprika & Chilli

I looooooove these snacks. I'm a big pop-corn lover but these peas have literally changed my snacking habits. They are ridiculously tasty, filling and HEALTHY (no sugar and high on fiber). I always make sure to have a few packs in my office and at home. I also love eating them right after a work out or between meals when I get hungry and wish to eat something healthy yet delicious. My favourite flavour is garlic and chives!

I have been trying to increase protein and fibre in my diet, I’ve been looking for snacks and a lot of them offer protein but not much fibre. But these have 7g of both which encouraged me to try! These are a fun little snack, the flavour on it is good but not overpowering. I like that it’s a little spiced. The crunchy peas are nice, they are crunchy, filling and a good snack. They are little pouches and the peas are pretty tiny but can be poured into your mouth easily. They can be used to top salads and stuff too but I haven’t tried that yet. It’s a good alternative to something like crisps or popcorn for a bit of variety. I’m not going to say they are better than those but they are a good alternative. I enjoy these and will incorporate them into my diet moving forward as just such an easy way to get that extra protein and fibre in.

The roasted peas are really tasty and very filling. From the health point of view they have lots of fibre and protein and very little fat. They are also only 132 calories which makes a terrific snack and the individual portions make it ideal to have it with you and eat it on the go. Just simply perfect

The flavour is really good. Healthy snack packed with protein. The portion is also really good. A lot packed into the little bag. Can definitely make you full. Wish it was a bit cheaper though but I am glad that the world is moving towards healthier snacks. For those who know, it tastes just like the roasted masala chana daal

These are quite spicy but not in a enjoyable way! High in calories to!

Bought the Paprika and Chilli, quite a subtle flavour when compared to other, similar snacks but very tasty. Nice, crunchy texture, healthy nutrition profile and the handy packs contain enough crunchy peas to satiate hunger between meals. Will be buying again.

Absolutely fantastic healthy snack! Texture, crunch, flavour all 10/10. I feel they are just a tad on the expensive side. If you are buying in bulk I think around 80p is a perfect price to pay since lentils are quite cheap to buy.

I was looking for an alternative to crisps and came across these,so ordered a box. They are so tasty,to the point of being addictive! 😉. They are spicy but not too much so. They arrived quickly and were packaged well .
