Non-existent customer support
Bracelet was nice and helped my husband's arthritus. After several wearings, it came apart and lost the pin that connects it to the clasp. Emailed 3 times to ask how to get a replacement pin but no response! After trying to figure out the poor instructions on how to use their little tool, I stopped trying to contact them because I figured even if they ever answered, we wouldn't be able to use the pin anyway. Nice bracelet if you never need any support. If you need support, forget it.
