feels entirely worth it.
As a human who's been navigating the journey of pregnancy (or supporting someone who is!), finding a prenatal multivitamin that truly aligns with health values and provides comprehensive support is paramount. That's why I'm genuinely thrilled to share my positive experience with the Garden of Life Organics Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin. From the moment I started taking these, the quality was evident. What immediately stood out was the commitment to being Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Vegan. In a world where so many supplements are filled with unnecessary additives, it's incredibly reassuring to know that I'm putting only the cleanest, most natural ingredients into my body – and by extension, supporting my developing baby with the best possible foundation. The blend of essential nutrients in this prenatal is truly impressive. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of Vitamin D3, B6, B12, C, Iron, and Folate. During pregnancy, energy levels can be a real rollercoaster, and I genuinely felt a noticeable difference in my sustained energy throughout the day, which I attribute to the potent B vitamins. Furthermore, knowing that it provides crucial folate for healthy fetal development gives immense peace of mind. It’s not just about meeting the minimum requirements; it’s about providing optimal support. Beyond the ingredients, the product itself is easy to incorporate into a daily routine. The fact that it's a 30-day supply makes it convenient for monthly replenishment. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, which can sometimes be a concern with supplements, and the gentle formulation has been kind to my sensitive stomach. In summary, the Garden of Life Organics Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin is a truly high-quality product that I wholeheartedly recommend. It's a fantastic choice for any expectant mother seeking a clean, effective, and ethically produced prenatal that genuinely supports both her well-being and the healthy development of her baby. It’s an investment in health that feels entirely worth it.

Very happy so far
Taking a prenatal for pre-conception, and I wanted to switch brands as my first brand was good quality but had chemicals etc, and I want to go a more natural route. I think in theory whole foods multi-vitamins probably provide the best absorption and are as close as I can get to providing all my vitamins with real food. Wish there were some studies to prove it but we wait. I've only taken these for one day so far but I can tell an immediate difference between this brand and a synthetic brand. I felt tired and "yucky" all day while I took those, sapped of energy, had more negative thoughts (this can be an important factor in health), and had some digestive symptoms, but I noticed a lighter mood and feeling with the myKind Organics, more energy, and no digestive symptoms. Time will tell but I think I'm on the right track with these. The one concern I think people should pay attention to, and I notice this across most whole foods brands, is there is not much calcium, magnesium, or zinc in these. If you're not having lots of milk, cheese, and green leafy vegetables daily, along with whole grains and soaked nuts, meats and weekly seafood, then you should think about also adding a supplement for those vitamins. They actually offer a separate supplement with those vitamins which I found on their website. Also a tip to increase absorption is to consume your vitamins along with a healthy fat, or with a meal containing fat. Raw organic coconut oil, real butter, or olive oil are great fats to use. Also I wanted to add that the pills are not large at all like some are saying, in fact they are much smaller than my previous prenatal brand and go down very easily as they are flatter and rounder. I don't even feel these going down where my old ones used to get stuck in my throat all the time. They are smaller than most of the other supplements I take/have taken. My essential fatty acids pills were way bigger. It is also nice only having to take 1 at a time throughout the day, rather than having to take 2 at a a time like my old ones. Maybe if you're not used to taking any supplements these might seem large to you, but prenatal vitamins in general are quite a lot bigger than regular multi-vitamins, so that may be the reason for those reviews. Overall I am very happy with the myKind Organics vitamins.

Great product- Just make sure you’re also getting choline & DHA
Great product as it is and organic whole food supplement and not synthetic vitamins. I give 4 stars because this does NOT have: Choline - You will need to supplement that separately as choline is very important for baby’s brain development. Or DHA/Omega 3 - another important nutrient you will need in addition to this vitamin. (Most prenatals do not have this). Many people think prenatals cover everything you need when almost none fully do. I do love this prenatal as a part of my vitamin stack, it doesn’t give you gross burps and is tolerable on my stomach. I alternate this prenatal every other day with another well known prenatal that also does not have omega 3/DHA and has very little choline so just be sure to add those! 💕 I take one in the morning and 2 at night for best absorption as the daily dose is 3 large pills!

Large pills but great quality
I have repurchased this 3 times. It is on sale a lot which is nice since it is a pricier alternative for prenatals. But this is one of the only prenatals I have tried that doesn't make me nauseas. I will say, the pills are HUGE so if you have a hard time swallowing pills, this might not be the one for you. And the serving size is 3 per day so it is a lot but its great ingredients and doesn't make me nauseas so that is a win for me.

Excellent Prenatal Vitamins!!
These Garden of Life Organic Prenatal Multivitamins are very good for you. I'm 64 years old, and my doctor said it's better to take a prenatal vitamin than a regular multivitamin. I absolutely love that these vitamins are made with organic ingredients. The only downside is that when I first started taking them, they made me really nauseated, so I cut them down to 1 vitamin a day and took it with food, and that helped tremendously. So, I just worked my way up to taking 3 per day and have had no GI problems. We shall see how my labwork looks in the next couple of months. I recommend taking these vitamins if you want to try and be healthier, but I would suggest starting out slow, and take them with food. Now, I can't speak to as how it works for pregnant women because I'm not pregnant (Thankfully not!! lol) Hope this helps!!

LOVE THESE PRENATALS, GET THEM!!!
I LOVE THESE PRENATALS! As a vegetarian who is trying to go vegan and is currently pregnant, it was very important to me that they’re vegan and that they don’t smell bad so I can stomach them even with little food. They don’t require many to take per day only 3 a day (so I don’t forget lol) I have seen some reviews of people saying they stink, but they don’t. As long as you keep the little white baggy in there. My husband (whose account I use to purchase these) took it out my first jar and they stunk! I didn’t know he was gonna do that otherwise I would’ve told him to not do that! I know it’s needed to keep them fresh. Anyway, I love these and will be ordering more soon because as yall can see, I’m getting low on them.

Not good quality. Need to take 3 tablets daily to get your serving.
I like that these are good quality and have natural forms of vitamins (like having (Methylcobalamin instead of (cyanocobalamin, or having folate instead of folic acid etc.). But after comparing these prenatal with men’s multivitamin (my spouse is taking), I’m not happy with the fact that I need to be taking these 3 times a day, instead of twice a day (like mens multi vitamins). Tablets are same size. Vitamin content is almost the same. Also these tablets Iron is low. Vitamin D is low. Selenium is low. Contain no Calcium (Need minimum 250 mcg daily). Contains no Magnesium. I will look for a different supplement that is a 1 or 2 tablet serving with higher vitamin D content (like Dr. Bergs). While taking these prenatals I started feeling terrible, getting cold sores that takes a long time to go away and cystic acne. Very bad experience with these prenatals do not recommend these. Expensive and not good quality.
