Exactly what you would expect
The media could not be loaded. Nice and convenient to be able to adjust the needle depth. You definitely want to start at the lowest setting and test it out. See just how much you can tolerate. I haven’t had a problem with the needles moving or retracting when I use it.

Simple to use
I have tried several derma rollers, but after watching videos by medical professionals discussing the pros and cons, I didn't feel comfortable using rollers on my skin. They say if not used properly they could leave tears rather than punctures. I thought using a stamper instead of a roller might be a safer way to go.I like that I don't have to switch to another device in order to use a different needle length. This is adjustable from zero to 3.0 and everywhere in between so I am not restricted to a limited number of settings. As I make progress over the weeks and months, I can set the needle depths to puncture a bit deeper if necessary. Although there are no detailed directions as to how and where on my body to use the different needle depths, I have figured it out on my own with the help of searching for DIY videos.I have currently been using it on my face, hairline and back of my hands. I use alcohol to clean and disinfect the device before use, then I clean and dry my skin and apply serum. I stamp a small area moving it straight up and down and repeat two or three times. Once I am finished using the stamper, I disinfect the device once again. Then I replace the cover to store it away in the bathroom cabinet until the next use. This is an affordable way to get great skin without having to pay for professional services.

Start low, and weekly should be sufficient
I love microneedling! I normally use an electric pen but the stamp works too. In fact, when I use my electric pen, I microneedle for about 10-20 minutes from every week to once a month. The instructions here say 60 seconds is sufficient and you can use daily. I highly suggest you use the lowest setting at least to begin with. You may want to stay with that length (.25). The greater the length, the more it hurts. The less skin in the area, the lower the setting you'll want to use. Like I never use more than .25 on my nose. Even at that I can start to bleed.I don't know that I agree with using it daily as your skin needs time to heal so I would suggest weekly. The point of microneedling is the healing process. It's supposed to recreate your skin and make more collagen to fix the areas that are discolored, wrinkly and/or scarred. (I can't speak for the hair growth aspect.)MAKE SURE your skin is clean, use a serum and/or Vitamin C before and after. That will help speed up the healing and regrowth process.Your face will get red, hot and even burn afterwards. It usually subsides after a few hours. Don't put makeup on until the area is back to normal for the most part. Don't forget, your skin is open and you don't want to put anything IN it that isn't healing and healthy. After I'm done, my face always feels like a baby's bottom :) SO SMOOTH. And it lasts for days. I see the best results after a day or two and it lasts at least a few more days. You'll probably get to the point of knowing how often you need to use it. I find weekly is best for me at least. That's when I see my skin acting up again. But the more you use it, the better your skin will look. Again, with time for healing in between. Professionals say to do it monthly, but it depends on how deep you're going and you may want to research what other people say about the length of the needles and frequency. One more thing - always always sanitize this stamp every time you use it. My electric pen actually comes with disposable cartridges so I was kind of surprised this was reusable. And it should be fine as long as it gets sanitized. And never share it with anyone. These are cheap enough for people to buy their own :)For $17, the effects are amazing. Very worthwhile. (Though like I said, I prefer my electric pen - for some reason it doesn't appear to hurt as much. And I think it seems more effective).
