First found this company’s Real B-12 supplement and how found real Folic Acid to take with the B-12 for absorption. And to wait 2 hours if you take a vitamin C supplement because vitamin C will dilute the B-12 if taken together. Will be buying again.

I am very willing to pay more for PE , than other brands. It's not much, and frankly I make up for it in the discount from the Subscribe and Save feature. this is a good product, easy to swallow, no junk and effective according to labs. I've been using it regularly for about 5 years. I take Methotrexate so I have to supplement with Folate and this is my fav.

Because we started trying to have a baby my Dr, as any Dr would, told me to take prenatals/make sure I'm getting enough folate. Because of so many people talking about mthfr gene mutation, I've read up on it. While I have no idea if I have it or not, I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to avoid synthetic folic acid since it's not difficult to find a source of natural folate, like this product here. I actually avoid most synthetic supplements anyway.And just for some anecdotal fun, I've always had long cycles. In recent years sometimes they'd be over 100 days long. I'd never looked into a cause, and it probably does not bode well for trying to get pregnant but we're just kind of going with the flow. I was surprised to see after taking it that suddenly my cycles are getting much shorter. I looked into links between folate and hormones and it makes for some interesting reading.

They are easy to swallow and pose no side effects.I'd like to point out that "folate" is natural B9 whereas "folic acid" is the synthetic version. Obviously, I opted for folate the natural form of B9. Plus this particular supplement includes an enzyme MTHFR that facilitates the balance of homocysteine. High recommend. And my homocysteine level is normal, thank goodness.
