Best supplement ever!!
After years of not being regular and sleeping 5to7 hours only This product is a miracle for me!! This is my Happy Hour beverage nightly. I see many complain too sweet and I hate too sweet. I use twice the water. 2 scoop I’m 17 oz water and drink by 7 pm and all is great. Lemon Raspberry

Bathroom issues? BUY THIS!
For someone that has had ongoing issues with going to the bathroom- THIS WORKED! I gradually increased each scoop and by the 4th scoop- I WAS GOING! Nothing has ever worked for me. But this did wonders. The taste is okay. I can tolerate it but it’s a sweet and sour taste. Also make sure you drink plenty of water with it!

Very good quality
Excellent magnesium supplement. It has a pleasant raspberry and lemon flavor, dissolves easily, and can be taken hot or cold. It has helped me with digestion, energy, and muscle relaxation. Very good quality and easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
