Patrick Flanagan's Mega Hydrate Powder(50 gm Powder)

I believe this is a FANTASTIC product. The Powder Is a GREAT DEAL.I buy veggie capsules and use Cap Em Quick and put the powder in them. I recommend the 1 size vcapsand Cap Em Qiuck size 1 that probably equals about the same size as the MegaHydrate Capsules. This wayI get A LOT more capules for my $. Not sure of the exact amount of extra capules I get when doing this.I myself use the Double 0 vcaps and Cap Em Quick size which holds more of the powder. Not sure how muchthe capsules hold precicely because I don't use the capsule tamper that is sold seperately. It stuffs morepowder into each capsule.Drinking a lot of water with this product is important.MegaHydrate helps water bring the nutrition into the cells and the waste out of them, makeswater wetter, more efficient. Hydrogen in it is a powerful antioxidant that does not break down into a free radical likemany antioxidants do. This is the way I understand it. It rings true to me partially because Hydrogenis in every living thing. The product is touted that it delivers far more Hydrogen ions than by eating pounds of raw fruit andvegies or drinking gallons of "healing water," also known as "glacial milk." It is said to counteract dehydration and aging.I do use Asea, a multi level marketing product along with this one. Asea adds trillions of signaling molecules to the cells enhancing their ability to communicate with each other, something that declines with age and dwindles when the body copes with all the chemicals and pollution of our modern day society. The Megahydrate enables the cells to do their jobs of assimiationand elimination while the Asea helps the community of trillons of cells to tell each other what to do and how to do it.I think these 2 products when used in conjunction to assist the body are phenomenal and my go to products.I am surprised Asea has gotten bad reviews on Amazon as it has been an unbelievably great healing product for mealong with Megahydrate. I am not an associate of Asea at this time. I buy it retail.I do not intend topromote it here. I would just like to help others who may see the benefits of using it along with this productas I feel they very much go hand in hand.I see and feel a benefit in softer skin and highter energy when using Megahydrate along with the ideal of eating a plant based diet,organic produce when possible. I like it because it has no grains like rice, amaranth and quiona as it is easy tocrave and overdo grains. They can bloat the gut and skin, and can linger in the gut. The gut is the immunesystems home.I have been dealing with Auto Immune issues due to severe chemical toxicity and am always seeking outfoods and natural supplements etc that will continue to help me improve. My husband urinates more when using this-although it suggests gradually increasing the dose to get best results. For me this is providing me stamina. At the end of this summer I could update this review with the results of using it every 2 days or so, for 6 months.*Okay I am now editing and adding my results after using this daily for 2 months. THIS STUFF IS A MIRACLE DETOX AND IS GENTLE! and far exceeds any type of "detox program" suggestion for using epsom salts in your water to get a detox from water+epsom salts. Epsom salts and water are too harsh and an extreme purgative of the bowel that actually can be a dehydrating effect to the bowels. I do a physical job in extreme temperatures. i have health concerns. This Mega-hydrate does nothing like that, IT IS NOT NOTICEABLE EXCEPT THAT YOU CAN SMELL THE ICKY PROTEINS BEING EXPELLED IN YOUR STOOL AND URINE, AND allows the lymph system to excrete things better out through your sweat.. Mega-hydrate does detox and cleanse the lymph system by allowing more water into the cells(rehydrating you from the cell level). That process of adding water also allows for the dumping out of old stuff that is in the cells- thus the cleanse and detox. I compare this taste it has, to what you often taste from clean artisian underground water sources.

Really good stuff. Not to get too personal, but within the last few years, I’ve developed this problem where I have to urinate constantly, at least every half hour. After taking this, it has definitely helped. I can even make it through the night without having to get up out of bed to pee, which is amazing! In my untrained opinion, I think it keeps my body hydrated so that the water I drink doesn’t just run right through me. This is expensive, but totally worth it. They sell this in pill form but after doing some math, the powder is more economical.I add 2 scoops to my big 32 oz water bottle and sip on it all day. Warning though: if you have anything in your water like citrus, it will bubble and foam up like crazy. I fill my bottle 2/3 full with water, add 2 scoops, shake it up, let it sit for 5 minutes, then add lemon, and let it sit another 5 minutes before filling it to the top with more water. Otherwise you will have a huge foaming mess.

Well it improved my energy, Also I only need to sleep 4 hours at night now. I had a few small pains in my body here and their, nothing major! They all went away in just 2 days taking the Mega Hydrate.I purchased 5 more bottles and have given three of them to friends. I am waiting to hear back from them. One only takes one a day so far.I was up to 7 a day. But cut back do to a light rash on my chest. I had this problem years ago when I was taking Vitamin "C" for a allergy to tree pollen. I was taking up to 10 1,000. mg. a day. Then I notice rashes so I cut back to 6 or so. It kept my allergy in check. So I suspect this was the same reaction to an excess of vitamin "C"Cheers! I like this product. I sprinkle it in 8 oz. of water first thing in the morning, don't mind the taste, and chase it with a second glass of water. I find myself with more steady energy throughout the day--not wired, just steady. But there's more. I had a hip replacement last winter, before I discovered MegaHydrate, and recovered well enough, though I had many nights of deep, aching, throbbing pain. A week ago I had a total knee replacement and am recovering much more quickly! Very little pain, no need for narcotic pain meds once I left the hospital, and am walking without aids by Day 5! My doc and PT are amazed. They can only attribute it to the fact that I'm an active person with a good diet. I myself think maybe the MegaHydrate is a factor. It's the only thing different from last year's hip surgery. I think maybe it really does help a body recover quickly from injury and soreness.
