Put it on, had to find the right spot for the idle screw, it runs and has waaaaay more power than the normal lifan 79cc carb. Pretty happy. Now im ordering jets to fine tune it. For those who couldnt find it, these pz19 carbs come with a .73 main jet and a .34 pilot jet. My bike still starts off slow but then hauls once im going. Had a radar clock me at 30mph with the lifan motor which is impressive.

I couldnt tune the carb no matter what i tried. The last thing i did was spray carb cleaner where the intake pipe meets the engine and and found it was sucking air. I took it back apart and put a straight edge on it and it was very uneven. I had to grind it with a belt sander to make it true and now it finally works the way it should.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve really enjoyed this stage 2 kit for my Oryxearth 105cc minibike. When put together and tuned I was pushing 35mph on a straight road, 40mph downhill. The tune still needs to be polished but as of right now it’s running fine, and not blowing up.

I highly suggest everyone that owns a phatmoto get this upgrade for their bike, especially with the stock engine. They can push 42 miles an hour. No complaints at allJust unbox it install and go a few minor tuning adjustments were made for my bike but this thing kicks butt
