I am very happy with this, it wear it at work to help with my posture and back support as well. I lost weight and now it's too big, so I need another size smaller. I will definitely order another.

The vest is great but if I was maybe buy two and different sizes and keep the one that fits right in 5,9 219 and at first I got a large and it was to big then got a medium and I could still definitely going down a size the material Stretches very good and the Material is Heavy duty so I ended up ordering a small now

The size chart is so wrong. Go at least 1 to 2 sizes below what their chart states. I've bought a few shapers over the years for various cosplay outfits. I like the look of this one because of its 2 layered tank top design. It is very comfy and seems to be made well. But I got the 4x which as stated on their chart should be perfect for holding in the gut and smoothing things out. Nope. Fits like a 2xl tank but next to no actual compression. It does kinda smooth out the gut and chest, but the zipper is so bulky it is very apparent that you are wearing a shaper. For the price it's not a bad product, but be prepared for fitting issues.

I bought this because I've got a suspected lumbar hernia (will find out for sure once I have an ultrasound). I didn't really like the idea of wearing a belt or brace, so I bought this and another type of body shaper compression shirt to hold it in. So far this is quite comfortable. It feels a little bit like I'm wearing a wetsuit, and I've only been wearing it around the house, so far, but I've got no complaints. I'll wear it under my shirt to work, tomorrow and see how it goes wearing it all day.I ordered true to size and it fits well.The picture makes it look like it's 2 pieces, a girdle and a zip up vest, but they're both connected.
