Excellent & Proven Results ... with my 7.5-year-old dog getting glowing dental reviews by Vet. I started giving Petz Life (now Core-Pet) to my dog at 13-weeks old. Small dogs are notorious for bad dental. I apply Core-Pet Peppermint Gel after morning and evening meals, and again at bed-time. Rub the gel on her teeth and gums. She loves it. My dog is Maltese/Papillon mix, weighing 7 pounds. Highly Recommend Core-Pet Dental.

This works but it takes a long time.....

I appreciate the idea of the product, and the few times I tried to apply it to my 20 year old cat it seemed to work. However, she didn’t care for the taste and it seems like a battle to apply it. I tried my finger, mixed in food, and a little toothbrush- she’d have none of it. The smell is a strong concoction of fish and peppermint, the latter of which is likely what she didn’t care for. So the quest continues for me to find something suitable for my little old lady :(

This actually works! My 5lb dog had the nastiest breath no matter how often I’d brush her teeth. Not to mention that she hated it and thrashed around. Since her mouth is so small, the finger toothbrushes were no help either. I also tried dental wipes that resembled an oxy pad. They did nothing. At her annual check up, the vet said that she had gingivitis and recommended using this once daily and that results could take up to a month. She recommended trying this before getting a “professional dental cleaning” where they need anesthesia (which I definitely didn’t want my dog to go through). After about a week, I noticed her breath was still stinky but much better. After one month, her breath doesn’t smell at all anymore and her gums look more pink and less red! I apply using a small squirt on a q tip (2 qtips total— one small squirt on each side of the qtip for each quadrant of her mouth- upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right) and it works for me. Takes about 2 minutes every night and the results are so worth it.

This product is fantastic, it has helped my senior dogs breath stop smelling so awful and reduced tartar on his teeth. Even the vet commented that his teeth and gums look healthy! My dog loves getting his teeth brushed, and it doesn’t make him sick like other teeth cleaning powders I’ve tried. Highly recommend.

This oral gel for my dogs was recommended by our veterinarian to help control tartar on my dog's teeth. I just purchased the gel so cannot really comment on if it works. However, my vet indicated that he has seen good results on other dogs. The gel arrived sooner than expected. I would purchase from this vendor again.
