Good nutrition at a decent price
While this food is graded appropriate for human consumption, I think my cats appreciate it more than I would. That said, this is the real deal: no by-products, no preservatives, no grains or filler. Just fish and shellfish. It's awfully difficult for me to find healthy cat food in my area, and anything grain-free is pretty much out of the question. Thus, having this available through Prime really helps me treat the kitties right, without breaking the bank. I pair this with a grain-free kibble, and they are doing quite well. After making the change, one cat, who had some gum irritation from the previous mainstream brands of kibble and had to have a tooth removed because of it, has seen much improvement in gum health. The only warning I would make is that you have to be careful about which flavors you choose, if your cats are picky. Mine have never eaten human food, other than the occasional bite of fish if I'm having some. I bought them the variety pack the first time, and they absolutely refused to touch the varieties with sardines. They just buried it every hour on the hour -- a snubbing and a resnubbing by both cats. The tuna varieties all went over really well, though. The purple or yellow cans were the clear winners, so we buy both, depending on which is cheaper that week.Recommended highly.

My cat's breath smells like cat food.
Let's face it, cats are picky about everything. My cat Aedan is the Simon Cowell of cats when it comes to canned food. I was hesitant to purchase this at first because, let's face it, Tiki Cat is pretty expensive compared to what I can get at the local grocery. But I decided to treat my little guy and guess what? My cat goes absolutely crazy for the Ahi Tuna variety of Tiki Cat! He doesn't leave a morsel when I serve it to him. Worries of wasted money abated, my other concern was the health factor. I spoke to Aedan's vet and he said that Tiki Cat was a very reputable cat food company and they used quality products. So it was a win win!I highly recommend Tiki Cat. Especially if you like to spoil kitty cat every now and then. Cue the purring...

Good for diabetic cats
When I rate this 5 stars, I'm doing so on behalf of my cat, Jenks. =)Jenks is diabetic, and this high-protein low-carb food is perfect. He practically inhales it, but he is not a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination. It helps me manage his blood glucose levels, and keeps him on an even keel. The serving size is perfect for one meal, and helps keep his weight steady.Ships quickly with Amazon Prime. I also recommend you do your research on low-carb wet cat foods if your cat is diabetic. Amazon carries a lot of wet foods suitable for similarly-situated felines.

Go ahead, make your cat's day!
If your cat (or small dog even) loves fishy flavors, it will be very hard to wean them off of this stuff once you try it. And, if you can afford Tiki Cat, I say keep on buying it - they deserve it! WHEN I can afford it, I buy it as a treat for my Russian Blue cat Charlie -- and my Silky Terrier Peanut likes to get involved too if there is anything left! We started by trying the sampler 12 or 24 pack, I can't recall, and I found that they seemed to like this, Hana Luau Ahi Tuna with Crab, flavor the best. Splurge when you can and make their day, I say! :)

My finicky cat loves this stuff!
My cat loves this tuna, so I bought a few of Tiki's other flavors. She won't touch them. She just wants tuna.
