These ornaments went beyond my expectations! The photo turned out perfect with good color and clarity, a great value for the money , the ornament itself was not cheap , very sturdy/heavy ( but not too heavy for your tree ) . I have ordered several now and will definitely order from this company again in the future.

The orb to way too small (smaller than a pencil eraser). I couldn't see the picture well at all which defeats the purpose of the ornament. Certainly not suitable for a gift for the grandparents. I'm glad I only bought one and not all six I needed for gifts! Great idea for an ornament but find one with an orb 7mm-10mm at least. They have some on Etsy.

This is absolutely stunning and a great Christmas gift idea. Our family picture shows up very well when looking through the jewel in the center. Picture is very clear, although you have to get it super close to your eyeball to be able to see it. Very happy with this purchase.

Great customer service! The center stone is way smaller than advertised and what I expected. I expected a larger stone and to clearly see the entire picture. The stone is very small and unless you put it almost up to your eyeball you can only see a portion of the picture and have to move the stone around. Still very sentimental, but definitely not what I expected.After writing this review, the seller contacted me offering a refund and that I could keep the ornaments. I did not want a refund, as it was still sentimental and would be used, but they insisted. They also told me they would increase the size of the center stone in time for next Christmas and would contact me when the updated ornaments would be ready. I give the seller 5 stars but keep this to only 4 stars as the ornament itself as written is still not what I expected. I will use this seller again in the future and highly recommend them.

The ornament itself is sparkly and pretty. The picture inside is so difficult to see. I bought this for a friend with a picture of her and her deceased mom. You can't even tell it's her mom, it's blurry and you have to hold it at a certain angle. If you project it on the wall with the flashlight you can see it a bit better. But I couldn't see it at all when putting my camera up to it as they suggest. I'm really disappointed and there's no returns.Update: I upgraded to 3 stars because the seller contacted me and offered me a refund. Great customer service, thank you!

Very gorgeous ornament but the orb is so small! I couldn’t see the picture with my glasses on, had to take them off to put my contacts in just to get the orb close enough to my eye to faintly see the picture.
