Very pleasant flavor and heat.
It's okay. Very pleasant flavor and heat but hard for me to get past the flavor of the oil. I'd prefer olive oil to the sunflower. But that's me. I'm not thee.

Delicious, spicy, and full of flavor
I discovered Bomba via the marvelous “Pasta Grammar” YouTube channel and web site, and I’ve become completely addicted. It’s a bit time consuming to make, and not really practical unless you’re making quarts at a time, so I’ve been trying a lot of different commercial versions. This is my favorite so far- enough so that I think I’ll order the one-kilo size next time.

Addictive — Great more than-chili flavor with a nice kick
We love this bomba calabrese, we’ve been plopping it onto everything from pasta dishes to italian sandwiches, going through the entire jar in just over a month (just added to Subscribe and Save) The heat level is not the spiciest— Perhaps on the level of a medium jalapeño— But the flavor is great, including a tasty combo of chili peppers, mushroom, sun-dried tomato, eggplant, olive, artichoke, and more If all that sounds tasty with a decent kick, this sauce ought to be a good fit for you

If You Like Spicy Hot!
It is extremely spicy hot so recognize that needs to be acceptable to you. It is for me and I found a small amount was enough to enhance certain sandwiches or salads. I do recommend with the caveat.

Fruity and mildly spicy! Lovely relish.
Fell in love with this - a relish of sorts with tons of fruity flavors and a spiky but pleasant heat! Love this on eggs or as a taco salsa!
