keep it under the desk and use it at least once a day. each setting has 3 levels of intensity (or off) and you can feel the different. very nice heating for the cold days or if you have cold feet. the massage and air pressure settings really do hit the spot, though be careful of turning the massage setting up too early before you're used to it as it can really press quite hard and hurt if you're not prepared. its helped with pain my feet so is a godsend

Loved the power of this, you can opt for a more gently massage plus the air pressure really hugs the feet. The not only downside to this is that the heater part makes no difference and doesn’t seem to work but didn’t bother me

Suddenly stopped working after 3 months of very light use-once a week. Also, no off switch. You have to unplug otherwise it keeps flashing at standby.

It hurt the bottom of my feet when I first used it, even on the lowest setting. However, I realised that was a good sign. The pain has lessened now. Nice and simple independent control of the 3 functions. Remote is superb. The foot pockets are removable for washing if required. Well made and it works.

I was really excited to use this for the first time as I suffer from fidgety feet and really the only things that stop it is ice cold water / floor or massage. The product looks well-made and has simple to use controls and the remote is a must. Why would I want to bend down when I am relaxing to switch on / off and change the settings? Unfortunately for me I found the hardness of the massaging contacts too hard. Whilst the pressure around my feet was nice warm and cosy it became an endurance test rather than a comfortable massage. Other people tried it and found it OK. They have smaller and less sensitive feet. With my size 9 / 10's it felt a little too much after 3 minutes. It also did not go anywhere near the toes. I have considered returning it but want to see if over time I get used to it or endure it as now I can scare my feet in to submission when they don't behave. This is probably the first and last foot massager I will buy.
