BUY THIS RIGHT NOW. (Not a paid review)
First of all, I bought this with my own money and I have no connection to this seller or manufacturer whatsoever. I've had back pain for years and I've never been able to afford "luxury" items like this (£40 is a luxury when you're broke). But recently I decided to get one and this seemed like the best design at this price. I definitely wanted one without a battery because that sounds like a house fire just waiting to happen. And this is perfect. Great remote. No battery. Fair price. And no leather (often that can be mislabeled cat and dog skin from China). Having said that I still disconnect unused devices if I'm not at home. Also very importantly, the power connection is two cables that meet on the cable (see photo) - not a fixed plug in the pillow itself where the connector would be almost guaranteed to break if you leaned on it. Very nice. I can tell you now that this feels amazing and that the weight of the pillow itself is enough to enjoy a massage (gentle but very nice). It's pretty heavy. Like a small cat. Maybe 2.5 kilo but I didn't measure exactly. Plus there's the strap which can help you apply more pressure. You can hold the strap with your hands or you can very easily add a Velcro extension so the strap can wrap around your stomach. (Any double sided Velcro that's 50mm wide should work perfectly. Just order a meter off Amazon and cut it to size.) If you're slim you might not even need an extension. I'm 80 kilo and it almost fits me. On my neck the pressure is great with just the pillow. But lower back a bit of extra pressure is nicer but not a must. I'm wearing a thick jumper because it's cold and this device has no problem massaging through the jumper. I can't really comment on pain relief because I'm sure it varies a lot between people with different issues. And I don't even officially know what my issue is exactly. But this is much better than any other devices I have tried, like a tennis ball or a towel or those big foam rollers with bits sticking out of them. The noise is very minimal. A gentle "whurrwhurrwhurr..." sound. Much less than most household air fans. I can easily watch a movie or fall asleep with it even if it's right next to my ears. It has a long 2 meter cable. And the connection between the power supply and pillow is very secure. You need to push very hard to get the two cables to snap together. So it's very unlikely to disconnect during use. And a standard 5.5mm cable connector so you can easily replace the power supply in the future if needed - or possibly run it off a higher quality 12v battery that is external and not some cheap unknown garbage built into the unit (which normally gives products a very limited life span as well). Or it should work great with a 12v car adaptor I think. I haven't tried it. But I think this shape wouldn't fit very well for driving. You'd maybe want a device designed specifically for that. But at least while you're parked it could be great. The included power supply has a 100-240v 50/60hz input so should work in most countries. And 12 volt 2 amp output into the device (search for this if you need a replacement power supply). The remote has it's own cable that is non removable and concerned directly into the pillow. About a meter long. Both cables are thick and should easily last the lifetime of the motors. The options on the remote are: On/off button. Heat on/off button. (Only works when they motors are spinning) Two speeds button. See my video. Direction button. It turns off after 15 minutes which seems to be a feature of all similar pillows. But with this one it's super easy to get it to turn back on because of the remote. The heat is very mild and takes a while to notice. But that's all I'd expect at this price. There are moving parts and fabric layers etc. Can't expect it to also be a kettle and a dishwasher and the secretary of defense. When you turn off the heat the red lights in the pillow turn off. I'm not sure if this is an indication that the warming tech inside is some form of cheap infrared bulbs. Maybe there are units on the market with high quality infrared heaters that really heat you up. 🤔 I've heard IR can be good for back pain. When you just turn it on, it will switch directions automatically every little while. A minute or two. But if you choose direction manually then it will continue to use that direction for the rest of the 15 minutes. That's a nice feature. But the remote has no memory beyond this. When you turn it on it's always the same: Fast speed, heat on, automatic direction switching. So if you need something else you might need to press a couple buttons every time you turn it on. No big deal and honestly I'm very happy with the default settings. I don't know how long it will last but if I get a year out of it I'll be very happy. Though I imagine it should last longer. Considering this unit costs less than an hour with a human massage therapist I think it's a great deal. (I've never been to one so I can't say how they compare exactly.) I think if you use this gently without putting your whole body weight on it 0then the motors shouldn't be working too hard and it should last a good while. The pillow is around 13 x 7 x 4.5 inch in size. And the actual moving area is around 10 x 4.5 inch. And the spinning balls stick out about 1.5 inch from the rest of the pillow. So what next? Well there are massage chairs. Could be great for work. Or maybe a really good dedicated IR heating pad? I need to try more things to improve my back. But I'm very happy with this for the price.

Seems to work great
I saw these for sale at the Caravan & Motorhome show; expensive there.. so researched and this looks and seems identical. Seems great; heat function as well REALLY lovely… heat really seems to relax the muscles that the needing then works into the muscles more easily. It is not a ‘little massage’; there are two functions. I would describe one as a ‘sports massage’ and one as ‘comfortable’ massage; choice of 2 is brilliant for the price to be honest. I can’t comment on longevity of the product as it’s early use; for the price of this, and a back massage, it pays for itself on day one and I have no expectations it won’t go on for many Millenium happily! Would work great on legs, back, lower back/pelvis area. .. shoulders if you lay on it. Very happy indeed .. can’t fault it at all. (Also has rotation reversal function)

A Foot Massage Machine
After long days trudging through the cold or clocking 10-12k steps, my feet felt like they’d personally lost a war. Enter this foot massage machine—a true sole saver (pun 100% intended). It arrived on time, came with everything (charger, remote, manual I respectfully ignored), and was so plug-and-play simple that I had it going with socks on and feet in within minutes. Day One: 10-minute massage. Result? That nagging pain across the tops of my feet? Nearly gone. Day Two: fiddled with the settings, found my sweet spot, and I’ve been in foot nirvana ever since. Now I use it every other day, and it’s been running smoothly for over 6–7 months. No issues. No drama. I even bought a second one for under my desk at work—it’s now my unofficial therapist. For relaxation, pain relief, and overall smug satisfaction, this machine delivers. Verdict: It's not just a foot massage machine. It's a lifestyle.

Useless without an adapter
Came with a European 2-pin plug which is of absolutely no use whatsoever.

so nice!
keep it under the desk and use it at least once a day. each setting has 3 levels of intensity (or off) and you can feel the different. very nice heating for the cold days or if you have cold feet. the massage and air pressure settings really do hit the spot, though be careful of turning the massage setting up too early before you're used to it as it can really press quite hard and hurt if you're not prepared. its helped with pain my feet so is a godsend

Great Easy of use
Easy to use we both bought each other one for Christmas but kept this as it has a the wired remote. the other one has the buttons on the massager which makes it harder to control. Simplified remote my 9 year old daughter can use. Bit "Harsh" on the lower back but otherwise very good and helps with aches.

Lovely strong massage
Loved the power of this, you can opt for a more gently massage plus the air pressure really hugs the feet. The not only downside to this is that the heater part makes no difference and doesn’t seem to work but didn’t bother me

Amazingggggg
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Worth It! As someone who spends long hours on my feet, this RENPHO Foot Massager has been a game changer. The combination of deep kneading, compression, and heat feels like a professional foot massage right in my living room. The heat setting is warm and soothing without being overwhelming, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I love that there are multiple intensity levels because I can adjust it depending on how tired or sore my feet are. The massage reaches my arches, heels, and toes, and I can genuinely feel the tension melting away. It’s also surprisingly quiet and easy to use. The removable foot sleeves are a nice touch and make cleaning simple. Since using it regularly, my feet feel less achy, and it’s become part of my nightly self-care routine. If you’re on your feet all day, work long shifts, or just enjoy a good foot massage, I highly recommend this machine. It feels like a luxury purchase but is worth every penny. Great gift!!

Not bad, but...
The massage effect and heating function are good. However, if you want to use the cushion for the upper back / shoulders / neck, it is difficult to place. The strap to attach it to the chair is very thin and too short. It does not fit my chairs. If you sit on the sofa / bed with your back to the wall (as in the photos here on Amazon), the cushion slides back and forth. You have to constantly realign it. That's not very relaxing. I have sent it back.
