These vitamins are easy to take. They taste pretty good though they are kind of sugary or grainy feeling. Still, much easier than swallowing a pill. These have a good mix of the B Complex vitamins. I've always heard that biotin is good for the hair and these contain biotin but it's really a mix of vitamins that help with hair. These also contain other vitamins with a decent daily value. For those taking a multivitamin, I would suggest comparing ingredients and not wasting money taking both on the same day as there is a lot of cross over. I haven't used these long enough to see if they are making a difference with my hair but I'm happy to continue with these. Overall, I wish these were a tad cheaper for future use but for those like me who have trouble taking pills, these may be worth the extra money.

Well I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2021 and my hair thinned out at the top. Due to the surgery I have been taking several vitamins and supplements once or twice a day as directed by my doctor. Well when I saw this, my immediate thought was that one, I can't take gummies because my body can't absorb it fast enough and two, it's 30 dollars for a 90 count and why pay that much when you can just get two or 3 supplements that has the same thing in it. Well I am surprised to say that this is actually effective. The catch FOR ME, is that I decided to take 2 twice a day instead of two once a day due to my body's quick break down with my smaller stomach. Also, bare in mind I also take a multivitamin twice a day, b 12, vitamin d and calcium due to my surgery so you could say that these gummies are a booster for me and maybe that's why they are so effective? In any case, not only was my hair thinner at the top of my head because of my surgery, but I also wear headphones to watch TV so the top of my head is exhausted. I mean even with my daily vitamin and supplement regime, I still have thinning hair on the top of my head. That's is why I was really surprised that this worked at all, especially for me, even though yes I was taking a double dose. It tastes good, like candy really, and I just didn't expect anything to taste this good and be effective for hair growth and shockingly it seems to be. This is after taking the entire bottle at a rate of 2 twice a day. Now, with all that said, do I think it cost effective? I mean if you only need to take two a day, I suppose so but if you're like me and have a reason to take a double dose, probably not ALSO, again, I already take a vitamin and supplement regime so I honestly can not say how effective these are on their own. What I can say is that they do seem to help, which to me is saying something giving I had no improvement prior to taking it. I do think it is worth a try.

I like these Biotin-Boosted Hair Gummies. They taste good, and look like they contain the correct types of vitamins for good hair health. Time will tell how well they work. One thing about them is that they are very grainy, like the sugar wasn't dissolved all the way when they were being cooked. I've been using them for several weeks, and my hair looks shiny and healthier than it was before.
