Tender and moist
The lightly smoked flavour enhanced the dish 😋 I cooked tomato & onion & seasonings for about 20 minutes. When it because thickened I put these cutlets in & cooked for a further 5 minutes. The smokey flavour permeated the sauce too. I put it over pasta but it would be just as nice with potatoes rice or a salad.

Tasty snack
These are a great product to keep in the freezer for when nothing but a little smoked haddock will hit the spot. Not a bad price either. I often get some frozen smoked haddock and some salmon fillets to make the family a tasty dinner with a few whole potatoes smothered in butter and some green veg or carrots.
